It does suppress my appetite all day. I take one in the morning and one at night. I like that it’s in a capsule so it is easier to go down. I have recommended this to several family and friends.

Love this formula! More economical than some other brands and helps with blood glucose control.

On my 3rd day of taking it, feel less bloating so far! Hopefully it works! Doesn’t taste bad. Did have higher energy the day after I first started taking it. If it works it’s with the money!

Not my favorite of the supplements.

I have been a fan of JS Health's supplements and religiously keep their Detox + Debloat pills stocked and available. I was excited to order these new Berberine +. All aspects of this supplement are priorities of mine: metabolic health, weight management, healthy blood sugar, and just overall metabolic well-being! Been taking them for the last few weeks, no negative side effects and are tasteless.

Berbine is the new best thing to help maintain weight and metabolism and I had to give a try! I did lots of research on what brand to choose and JS Health seemed to have the best ingredients being that it is non gmo, vegan and heavy metal tested. I am so excited to see my results taking this product! I'd definitely recommend this brand.

I take Berberine, but this product caused tongue swelling for me. My blood pressure increased and it affected my sleep after taking it for 5 days. I would not recommend this specific product.

It’s been only a few days and I have noticed an increase in energy. So far so good!
