Freeze dried strawberry chunks
Not what I was expecting but everything that I needed and wanted! I was fully expecting slices or big chunks of strawberry. Instead. I got these perfect little chunks! That makes it awesome for mixing in with yogurt or cereal or whatever. And they taste so good 🙂 this is definitely one of those repeat purchases.

Great product!
Great taste. I made frozen strawberry compote and also made compote with freeze dried strawberries for a cake filling. By far the freeze dried had a more intense flavor. Very easy to make compared to cooking frozen strawberries down. Freeze dried strawberries went into a blender til powdery, added sugar and water and blended.

They could be used for baking and I think you'd be pleased with the result.
I like to mix various fruits to top my oatmeal. This was the first time to try these. They tasted like strawberries. I was pleased to find them available.

strawberry pieces or powder or juice?
Though the taste is good, when liquid or the like, is added with whatever this is, it dissolves. I absolutely found no actual pieces of strawberries. I added to water, oatmeal, and other items. The pieces completely dissolved. So, strawberry pieces is a large stretch .... freeze-dried strawberry dust shaped chunks or freeze-dried strawberry juice shaped chunks would be more accurate. As long as you know you won't actually get strawberries to actually chew, then alright.

Perfect for adding flavor, do not expect them to stay intact
I got these for my overnight oats mix. The taste good but more or less dissolve in the hydration process. I will get them again, as they price is good and they accomplish what I need them to do. They are very small, like large seed bead sized, maybe 3mm.

Good but fix your label
Who made your label? Strawberry is spelled wrong, lol. Anyway, decent size crunchy whole strawberries. Says there's sugar but not noticeable.
