Does a magnet stick to the bottom of these pans?

Yes a magnet does stick to inside bottom & outside bottom of the pot

Can you put these in the oven? If so, what is the maximum oven temperature they can withstand?

I haven’t tried but I think that if it was oven safe, they would say so and it doesn’t say in all the description of the product.

I bought the 6 piece set primarily to replace non induction aluminum and stainless pans. Though these are highly polished, SS, I’ve tried to season them similar to methods used on cast iron. Light coating of corn oil and baked at 400 deg 2hr. Seemed to help sticking and clean up with blue non-scratch scrub pad works well.

I’m sorry to say that these pans are not oven safe. However, they are fabulous for stove top cooking, and can be washed in the dishwasher.
