I'm incredibly impressed with this garment cleaner. From the design to the material quality, it operates flawlessly at steaming and straightening clothes that I haven't used my iron in months. at 1800 watt steam output it operates with an impressive amount of power and works quickly. It's very simple to use, more user friendly than an iron while also more delicate and safer for clothing. It has a large water reservoir and a 90 minute continuous steam, meaning you can go through many sets of clothes without having to take a break. The creaser feature is one more step up on quality looking clothes, and the user friendly design with the foot pedal makes it so easy to manage your output. If you're someone that puts a high amount of care into the quality of your clothing, I think this is an amazing investment and well worth the cost.

This steamer is really well thought out. The main mast telescopes to make storage easier. At the top of the mast there is coat hanger at the top with integrated clips in the bottom. On top with the versatile coat hanger there is a post that you can unscrew to allow you to hang your own hanger.The steamer wand has a nice metal plate on the front of it. The steamer hose has a nice fabric sheath to make the house safer to touch when in operation.The water tank is large enough to get me through a few large batch of clothing. The steamer heats up quick usually in about 90 seconds it is ready to goThe steamer is easy to use and you works well with one large button that you can activate with your foot and a dial to adjust the amount of steam.With all the features this comes with it is a great value for the money.

A must have in any househould. Especially if you sew.

So glad I bought this. I was using a small travel streamer weekly for work dresses etc. This is a game changer. It is faster, has much stronger steam, no need to refill water after many uses. It is right there in the laundry area so ni need to take out and put away. The only thing that doesn't really work well for me is the hanger attachment. I just hang the garment on its own hanger and ignore the attachment.

This works great! It is very sturdy and heavy duty. We got this as a replacement for our old steamer and this one has so many more bells and whistles. We love it.

We are ironing multiple times a day in our house and go through an iron every 1-2 years. We have a small handheld steamer that my wife likes to use on sensitive fabrics or ones that just don't lend well to ironing and it works alright but I've never been impressed with the handheld. I got this steamer to see if a full sized dedicated steamer would be better and WOW this thing is amazing. You can literally watch the fabric relax as steam is applied. Wrinkles just disappear before your eyes. I honestly think we may switch to using this primarily over an iron. Steaming a pair of pants takes about the same amount of time as ironing. It takes up less floor space than an ironing board. Super easy to operate.The steamer heats up in about the same time it takes to warm up an iron. The garment hanger works well for shirts, dresses, and jackets. Things get a little cramped if the garment has a collar but it's doable. The one thing I am not a fan of is the pants hanger. It's a little difficult to get on and off of the hanger and it has to be removed to collapse the hange to put a shirt on. It kind of feels like an afterthought on an otherwise thoughtful design. The second gripe is the tank fill is on the bottom so you have to remove the tank to fill it. It would be nice to be able to top off the tank from above using a cup of water. It's labeled as a commercial steamer but I would call it more like "prosumer". A true commercial steamer would have bigger tank and less plastic components.Overall highly recommend for home use.

Absolutely love it. Not sure what to said other than love it. Very sturdy, worked well to clean out the wrinkles. I purchased another as a gift for my sister-in-law.
