This brand is really good because it is in a soft gel form which is excellent for absorption and it's a high amount of 200 mg plus other things like CoQ10. Other brands for more cost have only 100 mg. Ubiquinol is the more potent absorbent form. Soft gels make it very easy to swallow and are more absorbent than capsules so you get much more of the product that you need and no fillers. Excellent price and quality.

"It seems good but who really knows. I can’t ask my cells if this is good for them." Great comment. I had to borrow it. Yeah, they stick together a little too easily. They have a desiccant pack in there, but it isn't enough. I bought small food grade desiccant packs for another project and added one to it. It seems to have helped a little bit. Next bottle I'll add two packs and see how that works. Off to the manufacturer's web site! Update 9/8/25. Mfgr. says the coating on the pills is very susceptible to sticking together in "warmer environments. To help prevent this, we recommend keeping the bottle refrigerated when not in use (but please avoid freezing)."

Ubiquinol; same supplement as higher-priced except with additional supplements. They whole bottle will need refrigerated, unlike other brands, so there is obviously a more soft capsule containing the supplements. Otherwise, I don't know of any other differences.
