This thing is very cool looking and light weight. I do not like heavy cups or glasses so this thing is perfect.

I was a bit concerned when it was delivered, because it was in a padded envelope; but it was very well protected. There was not a scratch on it. i received the mug, gift bag and bottle opener. The mug is very attractive. I've read reviews about it not being true horn material (I wouldn't know true horn material if the mother of dragons handed it to me herself). It is a great quality mug; the wolf design is beautiful and it has a great feel. It feels even better the more drinks you have... hehehe. The bottle opener opened my bottle, so... thumbs up. And I do like the burlap gift bag, eventhough I bought it for me. I am very pleased. I hope it holds up.

Wonderful ale tankard! I ordered two of the Stark tankards for my husband. I love that they're different colors (one is almost completely black and the other is grey with white streaks through it) and even the shape is slightly different--it makes them very unique. They do have a slight odor to them, but they don't smell bad. They're easy to clean and even easier to drink ale out of. They came in a neat burlap bag and came with a beer opener. It would be cool if the seller sold other GoT house sigals.

The packaging was wrapped very tightly and in layers to keep the cup safe. Beautiful real ox horn with the Stark house symbol. So awesome. It does have a smell to it but the seller included a paper with how to wash it so that the smell goes away over time. Very helpful that it came with washing instructions. Perfect Father’s Day present for my brother as he’s, I believe, in love with Jon Snow lol

I've had these mugs a little while now. 2 years maybe? I ordered the stark wolf one, and was sent just a normal horn mug, but the seller was very awesome and sent the correct mug right away. So I have two from the same seller, the stark mug is great, very well made. We use them every year at renaissance. The other horn mug without a design though after just 2 uses has started to come apart, and leaks at the bottom. So depending on the quality of mug you get, if it has wood at the bottom be careful or use it just as a display! Overall satisfied because the one I actually ordered is great!

I gave this as a gift to my son after we had binge watched Game of Thrones together during the pandemic. He liked it, but hasn't ever used it. He just displays it on a shelf.

I really thought this would be made of another material, but it being plastic actually makes it lighter once it’s full. I got this for my boyfriend for a Valentine’s Day gift and he thought it was so cool! (He’s a loyal Valhalla player) definitely a win on a unique gift that he thought was super cool.

Just a note about my experience if it can benefit or inform someone else. I had to request a replacement mug due to a slight - but long - split in the handle. It might just be me, but it appeared to be glued already and my concern was that a large strip of the bone in this location would flake off after a couple uses.I ordered the Wolf engraved mug and it did arrive promptly as promised. I was surprised to see that this handmade product arrived in a plastic bag rather than in a box. When I opened the plastic bag, I found the product to be enclosed only a cellophane wrapper. The burlap bag and product flyer are placed inside the mug. Just my opinion here - but the plastic bag and cellophane do not seem to provide adequate protection from inadvertant damage or from being dropped or having heavier items placed on it over shipping process.Per the insert that comes with the product, it seems these mugs are made by 5MoonSun5, for which this company specifies in the product insert, - that customers email them directly regarding any product issues. I emailed 5MoonSun5 as directed, but never did receive a reply. As this was a gift, my hope was to get a replacement mug right away as the gifting date was fast approaching, I reached out to Amazon customer service, who in turn, connected me to.a Zahanaara. The Zahanaara Rep was very helpful and arranged for a replacement mug to be delived within 1-2 days. The replacement mug was very beautifull and had a very nice coloration and high polish, making it a very nice gift.One more thing worth mentioning, is that the Wolf engraving may not be in the place shown in the picture on Amazon's site. Both the original and replacement mugs arrived with the Wolf engraved on the side of the mug that faces outward when held in the right hand. If a person is a left handed drinker, the engraving would face that person's body (hope this makes sense and provides a little more information). Overall, very nice product, especially to give to someone as a unique gift.
