I should have bought one of these a long time ago. This makes quick work of blending cold butter into flour, etc. My new favorite kitchen tool. I really like how sturdy it is, the look of the blender and it's easy to clean. Thank you!!

This actually a very nicely made blender/cutter! It seems to be all one piece, not large/cumbersome (easy to control), should be easy to clean, smooth and flowing.Cutting butter into sugar etc. should be a breeze with this! I haven't used it yet, as I just got it, but I am well pleased with the product.The grip seems like it should be good, too; wet or dry. It is sturdy enough that you could probably mash potatoes with it! I don't think cold butter would be a problem, either.

This is heavy duty with a sturdy handle. I bought it for pastry dough but grabbed it to chop up some olives and it did a great job. Only thing I can think to mention is the handle. It’s very sturdy, but for a small hand. It works perfect for me but too small for my husband’s hand. The other thing is the screw and nut on the handle. It’s protrudes quite a bit but not an issue if you just turn the cutter the other direction.

A high quality piece of kitchen equipment. I found it very easy to use. I have very small hands, and the handle was a good fit for me, but I think it would be difficult for someone with medium or large hands to grasp the handle.

I make scones almost every weekend and this makes cutting in the butter so easy. My last one (unknown brand) bit the dust so I ordered this. I picked pink because I love the color. It feels soft in my hand, is perfect weight, and feels sturdy. I would definitely buy again.

I tried the wire dough blenders, but the wires pop out. This is far sturdier so you don’t have to work as hard. I use mine for dough, and smashing avocado, among other things.

I had an old pastry blender for years with thin flexible wires that finally broke apart when I was blending butter into flour. This product’s blades are quarter inch wider but stationary so they don’t break under pressure. Easy to clean by using a knife or spatula, then washing with soap and water.

I make a lot of pies and this is very sturdy and does the job well
