Transform Your Workouts with Fat Gripz One – A Game-Changer!
**Transform Your Workouts with Fat Gripz One – A Game-Changer!** I’ve been using Fat Gripz One (1.75" outer diameter) for a few months now, and they’ve completely changed the way I approach my workouts. If you’re looking to build grip strength and make your regular exercises more challenging, these are a must-have. The thick grips force your forearms, wrists, and hands to engage more during exercises like deadlifts, rows, and curls, which translates into better overall strength. What really stands out is how versatile they are. You can snap them onto barbells, dumbbells, and even pull-up bars, making almost any exercise harder and more effective without having to add more weight. I’ve noticed significant improvement in both grip strength and muscle endurance since incorporating them into my routine. Plus, they’re super durable and made of a high-quality rubber material that doesn’t slip or wear down easily, even after heavy use. If you’re serious about getting stronger and want a simple yet effective way to push your limits, Fat Gripz One is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Elevate Your Strength Training Game!
As a fitness enthusiast always on the lookout for new training tools, I recently purchased the Fat Gripz One, and I must say, they have been a game-changer for my strength training routines. The first thing that impressed me about the Fat Gripz One is their quality and durability. They are made from high-quality materials that feel solid and sturdy in my hands. The outer diameter of 1.75 inches is perfect for challenging my grip and forearm strength during various exercises. Using the Fat Gripz One is incredibly easy; they slide onto any standard barbell, dumbbell, or pull-up bar effortlessly. Once attached, they stay securely in place, even during the most intense workouts. The main benefit of the Fat Gripz One is the added challenge they bring to my workouts. By increasing the thickness of the bar, they force my hands and forearms to work harder to maintain a secure grip. This not only helps improve my grip strength but also engages more muscles throughout my upper body, enhancing overall muscle activation. I have noticed significant improvements in my deadlifts, bench presses, and pull-ups since incorporating Fat Gripz One into my training. Plus, the added forearm engagement has been beneficial for preventing imbalances and reducing the risk of injuries. Another great feature is the portability of Fat Gripz One. They are lightweight and compact, making them easy to carry in my gym bag. Whether I'm training at home or at the gym, I can bring them along and instantly enhance my workouts. While the Fat Gripz One is primarily designed for strength training, I have also found them useful for rehabilitation exercises and grip-focused workouts. The versatility of these grips makes them a valuable addition to any fitness routine. In conclusion, the Fat Gripz One is a fantastic investment for anyone looking to take their strength training to the next level. They are well-made, easy to use, and provide a challenging and effective way to improve grip strength and overall muscle activation. If you're serious about maximizing your gains and elevating your training experience, I highly recommend giving Fat Gripz One a try!

THIS IS A GAME CHANGER!!
I highly recommend this product! As the title says, this is a game changer for amateur and pro lifters alike. I started lifting with this product and I immediately noticed the difference. My body, especially my arms, work harder to maintain my form and performance as I lift. As weeks went by, my arms became extremely sore, but I also noticed how much more muscle definition were developed throughout my body (while consuming enough protein and constant workouts). I even did an experiment where I would lift the same weight, with and without the gripz. The same weight was much easier to lift without the gripz, it blew my mind! Ironically, the rubber is easier on your hands and the gripz are perfect for lifters with a budget. They are also versatile, where you have use them on most dumbbells, barbells, pull-up bars, push-up bars, dips and even dead lifts! I look forward to further developing my body and take it to the next level with the wider gripz in the future!

Great Quality, Easy to Use
-I bought this smaller size after buying the larger diameter for my boyfriend in May. I needed to start with lighter weights when first using the Gripz, and I bought this smaller diameter because my grip strength doesn't allow me to use the thicker one with the weights we currently own. I love this size for my use. For my boyfriend who has been training regularly for several years, the larger size was perfect. -His are still in great shape with no obvious wear and tear after 6 months of regular use in weightlifting. Mine are new but I assume the quality will be the same. -We move it from the TRX to the barbell to the dumbells in any given workout. I was worried the constant opening and closing of the Gripz around the different handles would ruin the product, but they have held up great so far. -There was a definite positive difference in forearm strength, wrist and grip strength, brachialis, and muscle definition within a short time frame. -Perfect for adding a new challenge to routines, and useful for overall strength development, not just a toy that will be useless after a few weeks. -I think it was a good value, worth the price. -Doesn't work with our kettlebells, not a secure fit

Perfect for 1.5" resistance bands or standard bars
Fat Gripz One Series is perfect for 1.5" fabric (or latex) resistance loop bands as grips. Also used on pulley-style D-handles and Hoist adjustable dumbbells. I have mens medium sized hands. The diameter is not too large I cannot comfortably control the equipment. After a workout, I can feel it strengthening my grip, by strengthening the connective hand/joint tissue and to an extent, the forearm. Very comfortable to grip with bare hands. Made of high-quality rubber, likely to last decades. The one negative or gripe would be the strong rubber smell. After washing the grips two times with soap and water, the rubber smell was reduced by about 65%.

Pretty darn good
I have nothing bad to say about these grips at all. They’re easy to put on/take off and feel durable. The black & orange color scheme looks nice. If you’ve never used oversized grips before, it may take a few workouts to get used to but the emphasis they put in your forearms is awesome. The only bit-picky things I have to say are: 1) they’re ever-so-slightly shorter than the inner width of my dumbbells so there’s a tiny bit of initial slippage when doing things like hammer curls, and 2) the seem where the grip is split takes a little getting used to; the seem needs to be facing into your palm for some exercises (rows, lateral raises) and facing outward for things like presses and curls. It only takes a second or two to orient the grip, but something to think about when purchasing. That said, they work good for me!

Thick grip for dumbbells is key.
Can’t reccomend using thicker grips for dumbbells enough. I discovered the grip difference by accident, but now get better feeling workouts and even see better results. One thing is that these grips are very big. This smallest size is almost too big for me, and avg sized man.

Love these things
I remember first reading that a wide grip will increase gains and improve grip strength vs a standard grip way back in the 90s. But back then options were limited, so what I did was to get exhaust pipe extensions from the auto parts store, wrap them in sandpaper for grip, and then place them around the handles of 5 gallon buckets and then fill them with heavy stuff to carry around. Yeah, these are quite a bit better than that option, in pretty much every way. For one, they can be used to put around more than just one thing only. Obviously they are designed for standard weight bars, but don't limit yourself to just that. I've started loading up my backpack and carrying it around by the handle at the top with one of these over it. I carry one with me almost everywhere I go now and just squeeze it as is for a light forearm workout on the go. Or put it over a section of a broom handle or whatever for a little increased width. I use it on the handles of some of the resistance bands I use as well. Basically everywhere I can. I also really like these fact that they have a slight bit of give when you squeeze them, they really not just completely solid like hard plastic or metal. I currently have the One (1.75), just ordered the Pro (2.25). Not sure I'll need the Extreme, but *what I'd really like to see is a set with an angled interior, like the ones N-Gage makes.* These are going to be a core part of every workout for me and I recommend them to anyone. (Plus they just feel better in your hand than a standard size bar.)

Parfait pour remplacer les mousses d'une barre de traction
Utilisé pour remplacer les mousses de ma barre de traction, il faut prendre l'habitude, mais ça fonctionne bien, même si c'est quand même un peu dur, je pensais que ce serait plus mou

Perfect for average sized hands.
So good I bought 3 pairs for each set of weights I have. Great for grip strength, i would say these are for the average man or woman, they are just the right size for my hands. I find the thicker ones are too hard to use without dropping the weights. The pink ones where cheaper and they add a bit of colour to my bedroom gym.

These are great and comfortable
I have used my fat gripz for 2 weeks and added them to my routine. My grip strength has improved so much already and I love the workout it gives my arms. They hold well and don't move on my bar or dumbbells. There is a bit of a smell, but it's fading.
