Product are good and value for money on Amazon but delivery service is very poor on Amazon. Delivery agent not come to home for delivery often they call to collect the parcel.

The band is good, comfortable and you can do variety of exercises with it but make sure to buy correct size for yourself otherwise you not be able to return it but only replace it with the same item.
