Expensive but worth the price
This is so tasty! You can add it to noodles or supplement other noodle dishes. Add this with some green sriracha and it’s omega delicious! It’s expensive but worth it.

My Go To Toping For Quick Noodles
Make sure you spoon about half oil and half dark sauce to get the expected flavor, because mixing by either shaking or stirring is not enough to make the two parts mix. I came across the idea of this sauce for noodles from a recipe which called for a particular product that I just couldn't justify spending $35 plus shipping on. I wanted to try a commercial version and found this, using the sauce over cooked and drained ramen noodles and love the flavor combination. It also works as a vegetable toping and finish topping for red meat

Ground Beef Shanghai scallion sauce with onions recipe. Very easy, very delicious, no leftovers!
Ground Beef with Shanghai Scallion Sauce recipe! Sooo delicious, so easy!. Just put about a lb of defrosted ground beef in a pan, don't add any oil since ground beef has its own oil, cook for about 2 minutes till the oil comes out, and in the oil, then add about a cup of loosely chopped onions, about half inch size, then finally add 1-2 tbs of Shanghai scallion sauce. That's it, and the taste is so amazing, A tad sweet, mostly savory with kind of a smoky wokhei undertones. Unbelievably delicious. Very easy, instant breakfast! (I frontload my protein in the am).

Delicious and rather unique or hard to substitute
Very tasty and good on salads on mixed in sauces. Packed very well and delivered quickly. Rather unique, so perhaps that is why it is a tad expensive.

Great flavor!
This is absolutely delicious. I put these on the organic Ramen noodles that I bought along with some roasted mixed vegetables. Excellent.

Oily & bland
TikTok & influencer hyped- Concept is good but actual content is mostly oil with far too few scallions & very little taste IMO. YMMV but it’s not worth the high cost for me. Still trying to figure out how I can use it up. Should probably be 2 stars but I’m feeling generous tonight.
