Prince of Peace Oolong Tea, 2 Count (6.35 oz)

This is a great, mild tea the I use to make iced tea. I do not drink it hot, so I cannot comment on that usage. Oolong tea is supposed to be one of the best teas from a standpoint of health benefits - it is rich in antioxidants, and naturally low in caffeine. And the price is excellent as well. My only complaint, and this would be against Amazon rather than the product itself, is that Amazon recently re-classified the box of 100 to "add-on" status, which means that you cannot order it by itself. Thus, I had to order two boxes at once, which allowed me to get it with free shipping under Prime. Not a big deal for me, since I drink at least 20-30 oz of this a day.

We have been ordering this delicious oolong tea for years. We ran out and were just shipped four new boxes, different packaging but same company name. The address has changed on the company label but its still listed same title, same product and same place of origin. The pink packets in white are the original tea packets and the blue on the left are the new. The white packages were the typical, white fabric tea bags and the blue are the new ones made of brown paper. The tea itself steeped to about the same color but the odor was entirely different and the taste like two different worlds. The original tea is almost chocolately with a deep, clean, oriental flavor but the new tea tastes like the leaves - or charcoal more appropriately, was burned and ground into a sort of chalky substance. It smells like wet hay and tastes nothing like any brown or green tea I have ever tried...and that's alot of teas. I don't know what this is but after only a couple sips both hubby and I had terrible stomachache. So I dumped the teat out of the steeped packets. The clumpy brownish thick pile on the top of the photo is the actual tea, the charcoal looking lump at the bottom is the new tea. This SHOULD be refunded and NOT OFFERED by Amazon. It's not likely tea, number one and number two, it has the potential to sicken you, whatever it is!!! I think the health dept. should test this stuff out ASAP.

Having dozens of Oolong varieties and brands, from typical Bigelow tea bags, to 51.99/lbs imported loose leaf....THIS BRAND TASTES TERRIBLE. Like wet cardboard. I felt terrible, because i still had some of my old brand left, I gave some of this to a couple of friends before I tasted it, I called later, and apologized to them that it was so bad, and they told me "we didn't say anything because we appreciated the gesture, but we threw it out." Its that bad...don't buy this garbage.

This last box I bought of Teabags (100 ct) were manufactured very poorly. Cheaper Methods or Cheaper Paper is causing the Teabag to tear at bottom right corner as shown above. I noticed that the right bottom of the Teabag itself has been inside of the Pressed Machine Part of the Wrapper. NEXT...

This was my 3rd order of this tea and will be my last.The first two orders were perfect, no issues at all.Something is wrong with this last set. Everytime I drink it I get nauseated within about 10 minutes of my first sip and then it last for 30ish minutes.Very disappointed

I love this brand of tea! I can’t find this in stores around here anymore, so I love that I can get it on amazon and get it delivered to my door. I also love that it’s a two pack of 100 tea bags because we go through a lot of it. Probably 12-14 bags a week! It tastes great and is always fresh. Bags are individually wrapped in the boxes. I will continue to buy these!

Love love love the taste of this tea. Steeps perfectly and I'm so happy I bought it!!!💕I'll write more in 60 days regarding possibilities of weight loss !!

This is my "go to" tea. I drink it daily, at least two teabags a day. The price is right. The taste is great and pairs well with any food or by itself. I just wish the teabags themselves, the paper used, was a bit more permeable so the teabags would sink to the bottom, as I like to stew my tea for hours in a big thermos. They float and typically block the spout. That's nit-picky, though. Get this tea. I'm sure you'll be impressed. It's pretty much the only tea I drink now.
