Superb customer support.
These binoculars arrived and when I tested them the collimation was poor. I reached to the company and within minutes received help, they shipped a new pair along with a return label for the original pair. The new pair were astonishingly good, no trace, none whatsoever of any collimation issue and these are the best binoculars I've ever seen, used or owned.I suspect they became misaligned during shipping but it is clear Oberwerk are experts in the collimation process, I don't think you can easily improve on this company, they are superb and I will not hesitate in purchasing from them again.

Excellent 15x70 bino for the money
Sharp images. Smooth focus. Wide view. Works very well with eyeglasses. Light weight / good ergonomics. Excellent value. Some chromatic aberration visible on planets and bright stars -- wish there was an ED glass version for extra $70 or so.
