Installed quickly with no leaks
This valve feels heavy. It's solid brass, with smooth threads. Feels like it's made to last. This valve is non-adjustable, (which is the most common) and comes with the spring set at 150 PSI at 210 degrees F.The package didn't include any teflon tape, as many products do, so pick some up if you don't already have a supply. Mine replaced a valve that was leaking a small amount, multiple times a day. It screwed in easily and hasn't leaked a drop since.

Water heater pressure release valve
Can't test the pressure & temperature release function. But installed fine & doesn't leak.

Sturdy quality
This is the perfect size valve to change out in my water heater. I love the heavy duty brass fitting and the super strong spring inside. Works great!

Relief valve
Relief valve can’t keep pressure which I adjusted 10 psi less than pressure valve .my pressure valve I adjusted on 65 psi in fact relief valve pressure handling up to 75 psi still this valve after two months start leaking. Too bad, I personally I don’t recommend it .

used on rv
We had a relieve valve that was leaking on our hot water tank. This was a perfect fit and stopped the leaking. It was a tight fit getting the old one out and the new one in.

Good backup
This is a good back up replacement valve if you do have a water heater in a trailer or an RV. It's good to have because you never know when yours might go out. Also I like the fact that this is pretty easy to install. you just remove the old one and replace it with this one. I guess the quality is normal. I would say I don't know if it's higher quality than my old one, but it definitely is a normal quality.

Good standard size pressure relief valve
I usually replace the pressure relief valve with every water heater replacement. I found this offering to be priced slightly lower than the local big box stores. Of course if your water heater fails suddenly you won't have time to wait for one to be shipped, however if you can see that will soon be a project to take care of this one might save you a few bucks as well.

Standard pressure relief valve. Used on my Motorhome water heater.
These typically last a long time. But in my experience eventually they give up and start leaking.Calcium build-up in the valve. This relief valve is good quality and a perfect replacement.Well-made (seem exactly like what was on therebefore), and should last a long time.Highly Recommended.
