Easy to install, use & manage. Kid friendly. So far it works great & we’re happy with purchase.One thing I was annoyed about, was it didn’t include the “brain”. In order to get some features I specifically purchased it for I had to purchase additional pieces. Like auto locking after door closes, the app functions, alerts the door is still open & a couple other things. In my opinion it should have been included especially since it highlights the features in the description as though it comes with everything or at least be more forthcoming that these features require additional equipment. After everything was said & done I feel it was a bit pricey.

So far, this is a great door lock. Very happy with its function and style. Hoping the battery life is much better than the wifi locks out there

This was to replace a Schage Encode that kept flooding the battery compartment with condensation. Many features are supposed to be similar. I need to program, lock, unlock, and see history from 1000 miles away to manage a vacation rental condo.I can't use the temporary codes with automatic expiration because when it disconnects from the internet those codes don't work. So everyone gets a permanent code that must be deleted after each guest. I've paid a handyman to go fix it when someone was locked out, only to have him call and tell me it was working perfectly with his permanent code.I can log onto the app with my phone and see history, but it randomly stops working. At this moment I can see that the door was locked by a guest who checked out at 8:30 am this morning, but I cannot see that the cleaner went in at 10am and cleaned the condo. I am supposed to be able to see if it's locked or unlocked, and be able to lock/unlock it remotely, but there is no predictability in the rare moments that function might work. The problem is not the internet service, because I can still see and control the thermostat.It's not clear whether the problems are in the lock, the dongle connection to the wifi, or the glitchy app. For that reason, I'll be posting this same review on the dongle adapter and on the app. I just know that given a choice between Yale and any other brand, I'll go with the other brand next time.

The advertised Navis Paddle's in Satin Nickel were not included. Mid to lower grade handles were substituted without my knowledge or it's just false advertising.
