I got this for my son's 1st birthday. The suggested age range for this is a little higher I think, but my son can operate it just fine. There's only two options, forward and reverse. I think its a great product, especially for the price.

Plays with the toys all the time

The price is good and the product itself is generally good quality. The problem is the dinosaur goes extremely slow and basically goes either backwards or forward at a snails pace...And has a load roaring sound. So if your child is old enough to want a remote controlled toy it does;t make sense because he/she is also old enough to know that this thing is pretty boring because of the limited features and extremely slow nature of the product's functionality.

Doesn’t walk back and forth. Roars, looks sturdy and well built but doesn’t move. Can’t see how to contact a seller for a exchange either. Super bummed. Edit: The parents were able to fix it! Toddler LOVED it.

Got this for my three year old who just began showing interest in dinosaurs. It was very nice at first. He enjoyed the sounds and was easily able to keep up with the movement. The green eyes are a nice touch, especially if your kid loves the color green. There is a mode where you can make the dinosaur walk straight without constantly holding the buttons which was nice. The buttons are a bit wonky and only worked if you press them towards the bottom half. Remote stopped working entirely after about three months, but the dinosaur still works fine (obviously I can’t account for movement due to the remote no longer working). I guess this could serve as a short term toy, otherwise save your money for a more expensive one.

Bought as a gift, not sure about durability, but fun to play with

I LIKED THAT IT ARRIVED A DAY EARLIER THAN SCHEDULED. IT IS CUTE AND WAS AN INSTANT HIT!!! HOWEVER, 24 HOURS LATER IT WILL TURN ON & ROAR, BUT IT WILL NOT MOVE. CHANGED ORIGINAL BATTERIES TO NEW BATTERIES, BUT IT STILL WILL NOT WALK/MOVE!! REALLY??? 24-HOURS! I AM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED AND WANT A REFUND!

This toy is great for kids interested in dinosaurs and also remote control toys! It makes a roaring sound, but it is not annoying. Glad I purchased this for my grandson. I actually purchased two of these for each of my grandsons as they both love dinosaurs and remote controlled toys!
