This product needs no fixing,works just fine

This thing is junk. Charged it when I got it jumped off a v8 truck and instantly killed the battery on it went from 4 bars to 1 then took literally 2 days to charge back up to full. Wouldn’t recommend wasting your money on this

I've used it to jump start my car, charge my phone, and even power a small fan during a power outage. These are great portable jump start/battery kits. Even though I do have roadside assistance sometimes it takes quite a bit of time for a simple jump start and I’d rather just do it myself. Also handy because if I need to jump start a car I don’t have to park next to it. This does not work on a battery that has been sitting for months and is totally dead but for a simple jump start for a battery that just died it works really well. It is a bit heavy but that’s because it is a bigger size battery. Comes in a nice case as well. Also can double as a power bank and has a flashlight with multi light modes for safety and convenience.

I got this for my mom, who's Mustang has some kind of drain on her battery that we're trying to find. I wanted to make sure she wouldn't get stranded if she decided to drive somewhere and then come back to a dead battery. She's used this unit a couple times now after I showed her how it works, and it has started her 4.7L Mustang GT like it has a fresh battery every time. It's very simple to use - I was able to teach my 70yr/old mom how to use it in minutes!This has a lithium battery in it and can be charged through a USB port. It can also be used as a backup battery to charge other 12v or USB devices. The light on it works OK, but isn't that bright, to be honest. It came with a nice case that holds everything in place, and doesn't take up a lot of space. This unit is a little larger than others I've used, but it seems solid and well built.I would definitely recommend anybody with a car to have one of these handy. You never know when you (or someone you know) could use a jump!

This is a awesome jump box with enough juice to start my Duramax.When it sits for a month or so the battery drains down to the point the starter just clicks.This jump box turns it over with power to spare.I think these jump boxes are awesome.I would suggest you get the largest you can afford so you will be more likely to be able to help someone else.These jump boxes are modern day jumper cables that I think everyone should have.I would buy again.5 STARS

The charger/jump starter is a great addition to my tool collection. It provides easy charging of cellphones, bluetooth speakers, and just about anything that has a USB type A on one end of the cable. This is my only complaint as I would like the option for USB type C output, but I'll just find cables if I need them. The storage case is very nice and holds everything very neatly and securely. The charger has a folding handle that provides a secure grip when you need to move it from place to place. I'll throw this in our RV for backup, just in case I or someone else needs a jump start. Rather have it and not need it then not have it and need it. I've found that to manually turn this off you need to disconnect anything you have connected then push the power button and hold it for 5 seconds or so. The LED lights on the side will go out telling you it is now off.

So far this has been great. Full disclosure I haven’t had to jump my car battery yet. I have a van that sits for a while that I have to jump to get it running but I haven’t needed it yet. That being said I have charged my phone and some other devices like headphones. It has done great. The hardware for battery connection is solid. I have a kit in my car that came with mini jumper cables and they are not as stocky as these clamps. I like having these types of batteries with me on the road especially camping. Sometimes you need to jump your car and sometimes you need to charge a device. This has USB outlets and the D/C outlet. The c-port is for charging the battery itself. It also has a flashlight that is handy in the middle of the night on the side of the road or a campsite. I will use it to jump my vehicle when needed and if it doesn’t work I will let you know.
