It was interesting as far as it look like due to its washable feature they had a plastic component for the blade and it was easy to clean other trimmers had metal and screws and tended to rust

Customer service was great and helped me out!I love that you can recharge it and it’s nice and easy to use.Only issue I was having is the battery starting to smell but I think it might be from newer batteries. Hopefully this doesn’t last.Other than that it’s great!

I was shopping for a trimmer with ceramic blades due to safety and I can attest that this one does the job well. I use it for my beard and it doesn't nick my neck as my previous Phillips did with a metal blade that got rusty in just a few years. The design is compact and clean, which I like and USB-C is a big plus. The attachments could be better, as they feel a bit flimsy and adjusting trim height can be tricky. I found two settings that work for me, otherwise I would've returned it.

This clipper glides without snagging. It leaves no nice or cuts. The nose trimmers and extra guards are a huge plus. It's water proof and comes with a traveling case. It's easy to use and functions with ease. No matter how long or how much hair it will get the job done.
