Love love love it. Looks beautiful, not super expensive and kicks out good heat for my basement. Best part is that when it’s on Hi heat the front isn’t hot. I was worried about that with having a 1yr old. Didn’t want him to get burned. I actually misplaced the remote and the customer service was prompt to get another one right away. After 4 months of looking, I’m happy I pulled the trigger on this one. You can have the flames on without heat too. It just looks great. Love having it on.

It's a beautiful fireplace, came with both wood and stones to put for the flame. I haven't used stones yet as I am happy with wood. One thing It didn't came as expected was heat, it produces good warm air, it's somehow noisy, little higher than I expected and heat air is not as powerful as I guessed. But for the money, this is a great fireplacr.

This was easy to assemble but no instructions were included - had to look at others reviews. I have to say I I am a little disappointed in this fireplace. The flames are not realistic at all and when you have both the orange and blue on it looks striped. The remote control is not easy to use either. I wish I would have bought a different fireplace for this price. I do like the look of the white fireplace though.

Very happy with my purchase. Looks great flush mounted in the wall of our new home. Both remote and touch buttons work great!

Price of fire wood went way up so we got this to fill the fire place opening. It looks great and the flames are bright and can be dimmed and change color/speed. Closed off any draft from the fireplace, very happy with it.

My wife and I love this! We put it in for the ambiance of a fireplace. We do not use it to heat although it does seem like it gives off a lot of heat when heater part is turned on. We actually have a pellet stove in the same room.

We are so happy with this electric fire place. It really does keep our master bedroom warm!!

I love love love the fireplace! It turned out so nicely I love the features of the colors and brightness of the flames and the heat is perfect if you want it on but gives a nice ambiance without it too!

La entrega fue un poco antes de lo especificado , muy rápida poco menos de una semana dado que viene de E.U. , viene muy bien protegida en su casa original, la chimenea cumplió mis expectativas , ya que se puede sobreponer en muro o empotrar en cajón preparado en el muro, la calefacción se puede apaga o encender independientemente de la iluminación, las flamas se ven muy bien nos gusto mucho.
