Porcini Mushrooms 30g (Tropical Wholefoods). Dried porcini mushrooms reconstitute to their original size once soaked in warm water, but have a more intense flavour due to the drying process. Try these porcini mushrooms in soups, stir-fries and rice-based dishes. To prepare porcini mushrooms, soak for 30 minutes in warm water before using. Once rehydrated, the mushrooms can be used as normal mushrooms. The water can be used as a stock to flavour the dish later, but check for grit in the liquid first.
