Yea it wears and tears after a while but man these are the best grippy thumb sticks I have purchased. The best so far

Not like nomads but still nice.
Go on easy, feel great even without grips, (even though I put on my ryze pads) if I didn’t have grips I honestly would’ve been happy with just these. They also feel very high quality. I thought they were going to be like the nomad sticks in feeling but they are stiffer but the grip is good.

Cheap knockoffs
The rubber on the sticks disintegrates very quickly. Not worth the money. They get deformed & do not maintain their shape. Avoid these as they are cheap knockoffs.

Doesn't wear as quickly and feels just like orginal OEM!
Lost my original thumb stick for my elite series 2 and was crushed. I wanted something that felt the same or better and the SCUF thumb stick surprised me. I would say it feels the same as OEM sticks however it doesn't wear away from use as quickly keeping the grip feeling the same with time. The sticks still have that notch in them like they where new!

These are fine.
These are fine. They’re not terrible by any means, but I’m not understanding all the “THESE ARE AMAZING” reviews. The dish isn’t as deep as OEM and the magnets are extremely weak. They will pop off occasionally during aggressive play. OEM on the left in my video, these on the right. They’re grippy enough and will do the job for $20, but I can already see how these are going to wear and the lack of secure connection will probably irritate me into looking elsewhere in a month or so. If you played the wrap off your old sticks, these will be fine for a while. They’re cheap and will get the job done. They are not, however, God’s gift to gaming.

Awesome grip, but may wear quickly for some people.
I really like the grip and texture on these thumbsticks. My only gripe is that I seem to wear through the rubber on the left thumbstick pretty quickly. To be fair this has happened to me on multiple controllers over the years. That said it happens much faster with these. Despite this issue I have bought these multiple times because my thumbs are far less prone to slipping when my hands get sweaty. It's likely tradeoff stemming from a conscious design decision by SCUF. I would tend to agree with their choice of material as long as there isn't a more durable option with comparable grip. Overall, I'd definitely recommend these thumbsticks, especially for those who want better grip under all conditions on their Xbox Elite 2 controller.

Ok at best
They last awhile but they have a problem of ripping apart when used for to long and if you sweat with them on there basically useless to slippery I recommend buying grip tape.
