Love how easy this sourdough slicer makes my life in the kitchen. i use it mostly for sandwich loaves and artisanal bread, and the slices come out nice and even every time. adjusting the slice thickness is super handy, and it saves me loads of time compared to using a knife. Does a great job. We use this product almost every day to slice homemade gluten free bread. I wasn’t sure if we would use this, but it cuts the bread in uniform slices, is easy to use and easy to clean. The suction is excellent so the bread slicer stays in place. (We do store it on its side though because the suction makes it hard to pick up!) Definitely recommend.

Since one of us takes sandwiches to work, an even slice is desirable for a neater sandwich.
