Great quality and easy to use. Only gripe I have is how long it takes to screw on the stoppers compared to some other adjustable weight sets I’ve seen, but that’s just my personal preference not a knock on the product. Only been using for a few weeks, so I can’t judge long term durability just yet.

4 stars, for the main fact it is a great option for beginners or people who can't handle a lot of weight. I'm a quarter inch under 5 ft tall. The bar that comes with the set is just barely long enough for myself to use comfortably. I can't imagine a normal sized adult using this set at the correct arm span. Plus this set is truly for beginners. I will personally use it for maybe 6 months. As soon as i get my strength built back up, I'm going to need more weight than what this set offers. So I guess my kids will be inheriting it this coming winter. It'll be a good start for them. All together though, it's a good set and the weights seem durable. We'll see about the plastic, screw together, bar. I do love the padding on the bar. It's just not very suitable for bench sets.

As someone who's just starting out, it's really nice to have so many options to see what suits me at a fair price

It's been decades since companies did trial and error when developing gym equipment. It's like this company went back to the stone age to get their ideas. Every time you want to change out your weights higher or lower on the dumbells or curl bar, it literally takes you 5 minutes to screw off the caps just to add or remove weight, and then another 5 minutes to screw the caps back on. 1/3 of your workout is sitting on the ground just changing out your weights. Not only that, but every day you workout is a forearm workout. You can't get around it, because your literally engaging your forearms each time you have to remove or add weight and screw off and on the caps. Again, a third of your workout is literally always focused on your forearms. Why they didn't think to make quick release caps that allowed you to slide weights on and off instantly is beyond me. Don't waste your money on these.

Very fragile the bar connector does not work as the end of the dumbbells are short and does not give it a secure connection.

I really like these weights. I am a beginner and I ordered 45lbs. I think the assembly is pretty easy to assemble from dumbbells to attaching the dumbbell bar and kettlebell. You can do various exercises with these weights and get a great work out. I

I won’t say it’s a bad product but it could’ve been better. Still it does the work so I’m not unhappy

I bought these as a gift for a 16 year old boy. He loves them and has no complaints. The bolts do not come loose like other brands.

They take forever to change because the tightening nuts don't spin freely. You have to tediously spin every single turn, and there are many. Other than that the product does seem good. So if you don't plan to change things very often, these might work just fine for you.

Instead of a quick transition, you’re stuck fumbling with pieces that never seem to fit quite right. The only slightly redeeming factor is the price—it’s not outrageously expensive. But honestly, you get what you pay for. I’d recommend spending a little more for something safer and more functional.
