Bee Pollen

I use bee pollen to ward off seasonal allergies. I have suffered hayfever for years. In the last two years, I started sprinkling bee pollen on toast starting January. By the time summer rolls around hayfever symptoms are an order of magnitude lower. This provider is excellent value and the quality is great. Why on honey? Some of the reviews complain about the taste, so let me me clear something up. For the uninitiated, bee pollen can taste a bit like dirt. I think that this is because the kind of dirt you accidentally eat as a child gets its flavour from pollen. To get around this fact, I sprinkle the pollen on honey on toast. This keeps the pollen on the toast and makes it very pleasant to eat.

Great product

This is the best bee pollen EVER. I bought this at the beginning of the year and it's awesome. Is great with yoghurt over cereals there are all sorts of different ways to eat it. My son even enjoys just a small sooonful. It tastes lovely and has a crunch to it too. When I needed to buy another one I thought I would buy a cheaper one......... Big mistake, the quality is definitely not there neither is the taste, golden colour or crunch. There are so many health benefits to consuming bee pollen. I highly recommend this product. Don't be lured with cheaper versions, they are not of the superior quality of this one. Without a doubt this is the brand to buy.

I read that the Bee Pollen is supposed to be very good for you. These seems good to me, I add them to yogurt or milk and mix them with cereals or fruit. I haven't used them in a smoothie and I think they'll be a bit hard to squash.
