Are these gluten and dairy free?

Boiron makes no specific gluten-free claims for its medicines, because we do not test for gluten in our final products. However, most homeopathic active ingredients originate from species that do not contain gluten. A few active ingredients originate from cereal plants—Avena sativa, Triticum repens and Stigmata maidis—but the parts used to prepare the medicines are the stems, leaves and flowers, not the grains, which contain gluten. The source of the lactose used in Boiron medicines is cow’s milk (the casein has been removed). There are 247 mg of lactose per tablet.

That sounds like a standard disclaimer you find on most products. Many medicines seem to have labels that say 12+ (prob for liability reasons) but for natural remedies like this I think you just have to do your own research on the ingredients and make a decision for yourself. I personally feel okay using this for my 10 and 12 year old and wouldn’t have any issues if they were younger either.
