This is the best espresso machine/maker I’ve ever owned! I bought it for Christmas and I use it every day! No more seven dollar Starbucks lattes for me! Get the syrups, whipped cream, caramel drizzle, or whatever you like in your latte, and it tastes even better because you can customize your latte to your exact liking. The milk steamer is also great! It takes a little bit of learning to figure out how to perfectly froth milk, but it only takes a little practice! I would recommend this espresso maker to anyone who doesn’t want to pay seven dollars for a latte every day! I’ve had the machine for about three months now and will update my review after six months of use if anything goes wrong with this machine but as of right now it’s running perfectly! Make sure you clean it regularly and let you know when it needs to be done which is also a plus! More than 6 months later this espresso machine is still going strong as long as you keep up on the descaling and take care of it l, it will last! I love my latte every morning ,still.

This machine sucks. I’m a barista and I bought this for my own personal use and I just do t like it at all. The shots don’t pull with any consistency and sometimes not at all and the grinder gets clogged way too easy. So disappointed.

Having never used a coffee machine like this we quickly realized it was not for us. We like to grid whole bean coffee and it does that well, maybe too well. The manual seems well enough written but I just could not get a cup of coffee made to suite our tastes. Having never been expresso people we were hoping to enjoy a good cappuccino with foaming milk. Could not get more than steamed milk. Sent it back and got my refund.Someone with experience may very well love the machine.

I work from home and have been eyeing some espresso makers for my office. I came across this one during Black Friday. I took a chance on this machine as there were not too many reviews. I am really glad I did. I have now used this machine daily since I got it Dec 5. I was pleased that the shipping was fast. It showed up about 10 days before I was expecting it. What a machine. The perfect cup is what this makes. Don’t mind my artwork as I am learning, but I don’t regret this purchase one bit. Great machine. Great for the price. Great results. Great color. I will be recommending this to my friends for sure. I have already made my teammates kinda jealous at work during our video meetings.
