I’ve been using this Baja sea salts for a few weeks, and it’s quickly become my go-to for both cooking and baking. The flavor is clean and well-balanced, not overly salty, and it enhances every dish without overpowering it. Tastes great. Clean, well balanced saltiness without any bitterness. Fine grind makes it easy to use for everyday cooking and seasoning at the table. Dissolves evenly and doesn’t overpower food. Solid staple if you like mineral rich sea salt.

Finally found quality salt with a large amount of trace minerals at a good value. The taste is just perfect, not too salty, but clean enough, there is no aftertaste. With all the additional minerals this salt provides is a true benefit to my overall health & wellness.

First time customer, very satisfied with the quality and taste. I usually get Mediterranean Sea salt but this product has me broadening my horizons and looking at what Mexico and Central America have to offer.

First time trying this salt, love the brand😊 but it smells different from what I'm used too, hopefully that's not bad, but Ill still try and update. Packaged well thank you (filled in different jar🙂 UPDATE: Love this salt taste really good maybe the smell was from it being freshly dried or something but I love it. It's not overly salty and does what it needs to do. Thank you again ☺️😍

I like a coarser salt. Nothing wrong with the product. Looking for mineral content and this was highest.

When I opened the bag, it just looked like regular salt, with a little more moisture content. I had low expectations. I used a generous pinch while making vegetable beef soup and my family asked what I did to it because it was so savory. *Mexican Sea Salt!* The next day I was making scrambled eggs, and dropped in another pinch. Gordon Ramsey appeared in my kitchen crying tears of joy for the masterpiece I created. He screamed in my face not to let it go to my head because I'd never make it as a professional chef without this salt. He looked really nervous though. But, seriously, I didn't expect much, but this salt is very mild and accentuates foods more without overpowering it like regular salt. I was also hoping the additional nutrients would benefit our diets. Lastly, my himalayan pink salts seem to lack taste lately and this is a great addition to my dishes. Definitely worth a try, but be careful how early you make eggs.
