This is so cute, my family really loves it. I had fun putting it together and would love to see more like this. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I did omit the hat on the table because it hid the cute penguin on the mantel. I will find another spot for the hat.

I just completed this kit. This is a simple, small project that you can finish in a few hours. It comes with pretty much everything you need (you'll need a pair of scissors) and you can just open the box and get started. If you have a good pair of tweezers and some glue, it will be helpful.The instruction booklet is small, but very easy to follow. It tells you where you need to pay attention to, which I found very helpful. Most of the thick sheets that you push out pieces seems like compressed cardboard, but the pieces are very sturdy. Most of the pieces fit together very well but I had to use some glue for a few parts.At the end, you'll need to install a latch and a hinge. I was afraid that I won't be able to do it right but I was wrong---it was foolproof. There are holes for screws where the metal parts are to be installed. And the small screwdriver that comes with the kit has a magnet at the tip so you can manipulate small screws with ease.I wish the color of the LED light bulb was a little warmer. It's cooler than the photo on the item page and the box show. And the windows and the door were smaller than their frame and there are some gaps and the light comes through them when I close the house with the light on.Overall this is a very well-made kit as I thought it would be, since it was made by Robotime (Rolife is a sub-brand of Robotime). It's a great kit for a beginner or an experienced crafter. If the price doesn't bother you---which I found a little high considering it only takes a few hours to complete---this is a very enjoyable little kit.

I completed this while babysitting a 10-year-old, who was really excited to put it together, and it held her attention nearly the entire time! The instructions were a bit hard to interpret, but we got it in the end.Pros: Pre-punched, comes with double-sided tape strips to stick pieces on, assembles a bit like a 3-D puzzle, easy way to dip your toes into miniatures, great to get older kids involved with the craft, includes tweezers to help you place smaller items. The finished construction and the lights make this a great display and conversation piece for Christmas! Everyone loves looking at it!Cons: Instructions were a little hard to understand, especially which tape strips to use and where to place items. There are pictures for reference, but they are small and hard to see. The tape didn't hold well for some pieces, so we did end up using a bit of glue I had on hand. I'd recommend having some just in case. Definitely not for younger kids. A 10-12 year old will need help. A child older than that may be able to assemble it themselves with little assistance!

I really enjoyed putting this together and it looks great with my other Christmas display items. I hope to be able to find more of these! The instructions were easy to follow. The paper items were a little harder to handle but was able to get everything put together successfully. Having small fingers helps too. This little xmas house is just too cute. The instructions were very clearly written and easy to follow. Glue isn't needed because it comes with double-sided tape (but I still glued things down for added security). Everything clicked into place with relative ease, the single LED is a lot brighter than I was expecting. I decided to make two minor changes and that was adjust the placement of the "step" to the front door and place the boots to the right of the door rather than in the middle of the floor near a standing stocking.

This is such a fun little puzzle. I'm honestly amazed by the detail., so much thought is put into it. The puzzle definitely takes some time but it's a pleasure to do. This is definitely a great gift for puzzle lovers of all ages that want to step up into more intricate things like models. It comes with all you need and the instructions are clear.
