Has held up just fine so far, looks great.
I was a little concerned at some of the reviews claiming this was cheap and the belt loop failed very quickly, because I can see that the method of stitching is not the strongest possible way to execute it, placing all the stress directly onto the stitches. But I figured it was only like $26, hardly a huge investment, and what do you expect for that price exactly? That's like two packages of cookies these days. But I have had it for probably six months now, I wear it every day to work, and I would absolutely qualify that as "severe duty", it's always getting caught on pallets and shelves, hanging off my belt, getting squashed against my car seat, and the stitches have held up just fine so far. They are starting to pull slightly but they don't look like imminent failure, and as far as I am concerned I have already gotten my money out of it and every week it lasts from now on is a bonus. The golden lettering started to wear relatively quickly, but it's mostly still legible, and it has gotten pretty battered and scratched. But that's what leather does when you use it, and I prefer a little patina anyway. The snap is secure and works fine, and it fits my basic Leatherman Bond almost perfectly. Actually with a little room to spare, do with the way leather can stretch and mold I am pretty confident you could fit a larger model without too many issues, maybe it would be snug at first, but it will fit eventually. So I have been totally happy with it and can recommend it. It's not hand crafted leather but it's a quality item, and more than reasonable for the price. Not some cheap single stitch knockoff, rest assured on that. I have experience with actual cheap leather and this ain't it.

You need this! GREAT quality
If you use a Leatherman, YOU NEED THIS! This is the second one I bought for my Leatherman rebar, the first one lasted several years! I wear it every day for work. The first thing I did was wipe it all over inside and out with some good Neatsfoot oil, it'll be quite blotchy at first but in 24 hours it will soak through and even out to this nice dark color you see in my photo.

Replaced my old nylon sheath.
The Velcro had worn out on my old nylon sheath, and my Leatherman would fall out when I didn't want it to. The leather snap sheath has worked good for me and keeps the tool where it should be. It takes a little longer to snap the snaps together than the Velcro, but I feel my Leatherman won't fall out anymore when I snap the cover closed.

About what I expected
The item arrived as it appears in the photo. The alignment of the knife pocket, text, and sheath shape was a bit off, it was a bit warped in terms of manufacturing quality. As someone who loves an old well maintained bit of leather, I found the leather to be fine but extremely dry on arrival, which isn't unexpected, but it was actually quite brittle. That's part of dealing with leather, so I fed the sheath a very, very large amount of leather honey which made it much more pliable and gave it a little bit more petina. If you plan on purchasing this and don't have any leather conditioner, I would recommend adding the conditioner of your choice onto it just to hydrate the leather and ensure a long life.

Leatherman Arc
Awesome sheath! Made in the USA, leather, fits up to a 1.75โ wide belt perfectly. Holds my Arc plus one bit kit so I had to sort of combine my bits together with the ones I use the most so no issues there. It will fit the bit extension with the Arc as well but I donโt recommend it as it looked to be pushing the leather to its limits. Again, for me not an issue. I was way more concerned with finding a sheath that gave the Arc a snug fit, would fit my riggers belt, isnโt silver or grey and isnโt insanely expensive. The color was a big one for me because I wear a lot of darker shades and often times I have on brown, FDE or coyote and the silver just didnโt look right at all. So what better a way to find a new one than to look right back at Leatherman. They honestly should have just put the Arc in this sheath to begin with. The Arc is US made, so why not give it a US made sheath? Also I recommend that you store your Arc Hammer side up, with the blade facing you and the Saw and file facing out. It gives the leather a nice flat surface to form on and will help break in easier and quicker.

Good leather, poor stitching - Update, stitching completely failed, almost lost Leatherman tool!
This was to replace an older, worn Leatherman sheath, that had a broken belt loop holder. The pouch fit the Leatherman tool fine and my husband was glad to have the convenience restored of his Leatherman handy. The leather is heavy duty and nicely tanned - looked very nice. However, within 2 weeks, the stitching on the belt loop of the new pouch had started to come undone! I can probably find better thread and restitch it, but I shouldn't need to. I have not contacted the seller, but guess I should do so and then update the seller info. (So, Leather is sturdy and appears to be very good quality but craftsmanship on the stitching or material used in stitching is not!) Update: my husband almost lost his Leatherman. I have never returned anything before so missed the window. He tried to be careful knowing about 3 stitches were undone, but the rest came undone (with less than a month's use. His old holster last years). I guess I will have to try to make repairs but it is clear the loop must have been sewn on before the holster was sewn completely together. Again, leather quality is good but, it the stitching won't hold the loop on, beware losing your expensive Leatherman tool! :(

Pretty much like the original
Bought to replace the sheath which came with the Leatherman Wave I bought 30 years ago. Kinda hard to tell from the measurements which size I should buy so took a chance on the medium. Appears to be the same size as the original. I also have a newer design Leatherman Wave (came with a black nylon mesh sheath) which is about 20 years old (a spring lock for the tools and the screwdriver is one "blade" with replaceable bits vs. individual blades in the older one) and it fits as well although snugger. I wore the original on weekends for 10+ years until I no longer reported to an office environment. Then 7 days a week for the next 15+. Had the local shoe repair guy do a couple of repairs over the years on the original to the belt loop (re-sewing and replacing) so if this new one lasts like the original it will outlast me. The picture shows the newer Leatherman Wave, the original one, the new sheath, and the original one.

Great quality
My dad loves this! Fits his multitool great! I gave it to him a couple of years ago now and it's still holding up. The colour is lovely and it fits perfectly onto his belt. Great quality too.

Absolutely gorgeous, and worth the price.
It is such a beautiful piece of leather that doesnโt relatively cost too much and feels good to the touch, especially on the side of my belt. If I had any complaints at all it would be that the top half is just a lighter color than the bottom half but Iโm pretty sure it will patina beautifully over time.
