I’m totally in love with the Ultima Replenisher Gut Health Supplement & Electrolytes Powder, and so are my daughters! They’re competitive gymnasts with grueling 4-hour training sessions, and this stuff is their go-to before and after practice. They grab these Raspberry Lemonade stickpacks like candy, and honestly, I barely got to try it because they used it up so fast! The taste is a huge hit, not too sweet, just refreshing and yummy, which says a lot since they’re picky about flavors. We’ve tried other Ultima flavors, and they’re all awesome, but this gut health version is their absolute favorite. It’s amazing knowing it’s packed with electrolytes and probiotics to keep them hydrated and feeling great, especially with how hard they push their bodies. This is a staple in their gym bag now, and I’m ordering more to keep up with these girls! If you’ve got active kids, this is a must-try.

Gut health and electrolytes, yes ! These are super eary to use, they mix perfectly and no clumps, Its def a go to portion and for how good it work, its a good deal for the money. Taste wise its also really good! Ive tried so many others and this is one to keep!

I have tried several electrolytes and most of them are extremely sugary and Spike my sugar levels as well as make me more dehydrated. But this item, the electrolytes are absolutely perfect without all the added sugar. They do keep me hydrated. It is something I will continue to purchase. And it tastes great

I began using Ultima electrolytes when I started the carnivore diet back in November 2024. The flavors are great and sugar-free, which is a bonus for weight loss. With this particular pack, I love the flavor as it tastes like a juice. I use this as a "preworkout" and mix it with my creatine. You also get the pre and probiotics which help with gut health (not sure how much of it actually gets absorbed). I like these because they are easy to use and it's a single packet that I can just grab and go. Now for the price, their regular electrolytes are 20 packets for about 20 dollars and sometimes they are on sale but this one is 14 for 20 making it more expensive. I have not seen a change with the pre and probiotics personally so I might just switch to the regular electrolytes. I like that they don't have too many ingredients and keep me hydrated through my workouts. I recommend trying their other electrolyte selection as they were Effective in keeping me hydrated during carnivore which causes a lot of cramps. I would take 2 daily. Quick delivery was the best part.

Love these sticks for my water. I get tired of just drinking plain water so this gives some added taste. It is zero calories, zero carbs and has electrolytes. Comes in several type packages and flavors.

Been a big fan of Ultima for 10+ years now. This one is great for insuring I get my 80 oz of water a day and settling my stomach when taking GLP/ GIP meds. Settles my stomach and Raspberry Lemonade is my favorite flavor. They are all good really. Dissolves in water quickly. Expensive but with it.
