After purchasing the sofa , the trucking wasn't available so it was hard to know exactly when the sofa would arrive. The date that i was supposed to get the seats didn't happen. I contacted Amazon and they communicated very fast which i received a message from tje saler apologizing for rhe delay. They handled the whole situation and within few day. They are very nice people, the communication went well until i received the sofa which was delivered very well and he refunded me back 80£ because of the delay. The sofa looks so great really beautiful especially for small room. Not very heavy to carry . I will highly recommend .

High quality, good standard beat the price

i don’t recommend this sadly i bought three, one of them i noticed straight away hadn’t been braced properly underneath so you sink badly the other two sofas i had issues with the quality of the seat cushions the dented straight away none of us are heavy we are very slim build, i bought boards to go underneath but that hasn’t helped reached out the same day i opened the sofas and told them i wasn’t happy so they refunded me for one sofa and told me if in a couple months there was no improvement in the other sofas then msg them straight away, i waited then had to reach out as the furniture was in not very good state, im having to pay for someone to brace one of the sofas, i had no reply so waited another week and send another message which they ignored i have sent so many messages now but they still ignore me, so now i feel as a consumer i should warn you not to purchase these sofas as the quality is appalling the value for money is appalling comfort is appalling slip resistant don’t even get me started, id urge anyone to scroll straight by these sofas and look to a completely different seller as these sellers are disingenuous and tell lies about how they will offer you support then flat out ignore the customer, it says a lot about the seller and the product they con you into buying thinking you’ve got a great deal, i told them id had to save over a year for this and it’s no good already it’s upsetting when your a single parent and have to deal with this, please be kind to yourselves and scroll straight past, ive sat in better sofas in a charity shop!

sofa is good however if you are not on the ground floor bare in mind they will charge you to bring it up the carrier is separate company which think should have been mentioned in the description of the product i spoke to amazon and they contacted the seller and reassured me that i’ll get a refund for it that’s the only thing i have to say about it but overall its a good sofa

Absolutely brilliant for price highly recommended

came with some different pillows to what i ordered but refunded some money off it great couch had it since september and it’s held up amazingly for the price
