It’s small!!!! Great for tight spaces
I installed this as a back-up to our propane tankless water heater. My woman is always paranoid about running out of hot water for her morning shower. Every few days “do we have propane? Are we going to run out?” So this along with the auto tank changeover on the propane. I hope she will stress less. So that being said, I installed this under the bathroom sink I didn’t direct wire it, instead I put a plug on the end. After I finished the plumbing and mounting I ran it to verify the water got hot. Worked great. I had to get this as she was wanting me to reinstall the old electric with tank heater!!! This take takes way less space and no electricity unless I end up using it. Sold construction, doesn’t feel cheap like a lot of things these days. Is nice that anyone can change the temperature to what preference. To me, this was well worth getting……

Great for small spaces
This water heater is compact and heats water quickly, perfect for small spaces. The LCD touch screen and remote make it easy to adjust, and it delivers consistent hot water. Installation was straightforward, but I recommend professional help if you’re not familiar with this. It’s great for under-sink use, but size of the heater isn’t ideal for larger households. Overall, it’s a practical and space-saving solution!

❓❓🤷♂️
There's something that sounds like two screws rolling around inside. It said it was used, so I should have figured I'd have to return it.

The 5500 watt, 110 volt version should not be availabel for sale
Admittedly its my bad for not thinking about or reading the current requirements for the 5500 watt, 110 volt version of this heater but really it should not even be offered for sale at least not through Amazon. maybe a specialty electrical supply shop. The problem is that the current draw for 5500 watts and 110 volts is 50 amps. That means you need a circuit breaker of at least 60 amps. 110/120 volt breakers rated for 60 amps are not common. Also that current requires a large wire gauge. For that much power (5500 watts) it makes far more sense to use a 240 volt version. The circuit breaker is smaller and more available and the wire size can be smaller.
