LaceLady Women's Vintage Petticoat Tutu Underskirt Crinoline Dance Slip Belt

I am learning that Amazon clothes are more and more made out of the United States, so I only order items that have a size chart like this one. I have a 34 inch waist, and ordered a large. If I had it to do over again, I'd get a medium, but large is okay. The picture shows that the petticoat flows out and down from the waist, but it's not tapered, it just goes down. I wear this with dresses that have a fitted waist, so the dress forces it to have a tapered waist look. I would not wear this with a light-weight dress/skirt that can't hold it's own shape, or it would just look super boxy.The quality of this skirt is sub-par.While it is soft enough on the inside, the ribbon around the edge was put on very sloppily. You can see in my pictures that sometimes it is sewn up above the tulle, and sometimes it was completely missed as it was sewn. The stitches continued along the ribbon, but did not catch the edge of the tulle at all. There are three layers of tulle over the lining. I have not noticed it to be see-through.I ordered this Nov 5, and received it Nov 9. (Ordered Sunday, delivered Thursday.) I am a Prime member, but it has been normal to get all my 2 day shipping items within a week for the last year or so. If you are in a super hurry to get this item, I'd consider paying for quicker shipping.Although I plan to wear this, it's only because I have fitted dresses to wear over it, and I'm an avid sewer so I could fix the ribbon myself. It would not be suitable as a gift.

The size itself fit perfectly at my usual size plus it's a nice quality. However, it is way shorter than pictured. It's about the length of a mini skirt. It also does not poof up to make a skirt wider. Very disappointed.

Color is nice and vibrant! I ordered it for a costume I was putting together and it worked great. It won't give you a ton of extra poof, so if you're looking for added volume this probably isn't the underskirt that you want, but the material has some strength so it holds up and the quality, for the price, is perfect. I'm 5'8" and the lining of the skirt falls right above my knee, and the sheer/ribbon part of the skirt ends at the bottom of my knees.

This gave just a bit of fullness to an ankle length skirt. I wear a 24/26 and this one fit just fine. Nicely comfortable and my Snow White cosplay did very well thanks to it. Can't wait to use it under cute knee-length circle skirts.Update: 1/30/18 I should mention that if you had a bit of a rump or post-baby bump, this might take some adjustment to not add extra fluff around the midsection or ride up too much in the back.I wore it with an ankle length skirt tonight and while it gave some nice fullness, the skirt juts out almost immediately from the waistband which lends additional midsection fluffiness. Still, it's gorgeous with a heavier skirt.

I just love this product. The petticoat provides not too much fluff for the dress, but some bounce, which I feel is just right. Of course much also depends on the cut of the dress. While the color is referred to as champaign, I see it more as a soft peach. In either way, the color is very lovely and the item just fit as expected. I will note that when you measure yourself and decide on which size to order, select the lower size that is closest to yours. I am very happy with this purchase and especially the design of the petticoat, I do with the elastic band were just a little stronger. That is the only reason I give this four stars, otherwise it is perfect.

This petticoat is the perfect length for just below the knee dresses. It is also pretty and gives some volume to dresses without over doing it. Basically just makes a dress an evident and lovely full skirt flare. Most importantly for me, it definitely helps to keep a dress or skirt from doing that weird bunching up thing when you are walking. It really helps the dress to lay beautifully. My only complaint is that the satin underlayer rips very easily. Mine ripped on the first wear. This is just mildly irritating and doesn't really prevent the petticoat from doing its job, though.

Was very happy that this fit! I wouldn't recommend this for serious events, but it's perfect for when I roleplay. Somebody said that it was short for them but it was very long for me! I have to wear it up past my sides and I still had to trim the inner material. I love it!

Fits a 6'2" 200lb body well.My partner wears this to reassure his sons that yes, indeed men CAN wear tutus and still remain powerful, strong, kind, and awesome, and that judging people on gender constructs is BS.It's also a lovely fabric and drapes beautifully. I wouldn't wear it in a marathon (it'd tangle, and it's a little long), but it's lovely.
