The adjustable back brace is well-made and offers good quality support. It’s effective for posture correction, but the shoulder straps can cause it to rise slightly, reducing support for the lower back. This might be more noticeable for taller users like me at 6’1”, but it could work perfectly for someone shorter.Overall, good quality and value, and worth trying!

There is an instructions leaflet included showing how to put it on, also it is shown on the Amazon listing.- I ordered XL for my husband, we have both tried it and it fits us both by tightening the straps at different places. Hopefully it will helpto correct posture, but it still allows shoulders to slump forwards so I'm not sure how good it is.- It looks very well-made, the material is sturdy and stretchy and there are metal rods for back support and hook and loop material to fasten the straps in position.

First impressions are very good really like this back Support it’s a nice size of having the boned Support in the backVery easy to wear very easy to adjust once you put a bit of loose clothing over jumper or shirt you can’t tell you’ve got it on decent instructions. Visual have good graphics explained how to wear the Support very nice.

Pleasantly surprised with this (from a comfort point of view).Looking at the pics, you get the impression of something a bit 'industrial'... chunky, rigid, and restricting. On the contrary. this thing is pretty supple, with just the lumbar region giving the major support where needed.It's a bit of trial-and-error to get it exactly right, but once there it certainly does the job without being uncomfortable.The best advice is not to overdo it tension-wise... start off a low stretch, then pull it up further as-and-when needed. I already have a standard belt support for the odd back niggles, and this one goes the extra step with posture correction.The price as at the top end IMO at time of writing, so may be one for the 'watch list'.On a quality/value-for-money basis.... 4-Stars.

This posture corrector was very much needed in my case because my technique when breastfeeding my little ones was always a little lacking as I would be too tired to bring the up to my chest and tended to hunch down to them instead( they were all big babies but I was a small momma!) which left me with a noticeable hump at the top of my neck/spine so I’m hoping this product will go some way to correcting my shape. I will keep you updated with my progress as I know such products are not quick fixes and rather need time, consistency and commitment.First of all though, the product is remarkably well constructed in terms of robustness and quality. It is clearly hard wearing and made to last so should serve me well with careful use.The instructions state to start slow and work your way up regarding the duration of usage so so started with a 20 minute wear and could easily have kept it on longer as it was surprisingly comfortable and supportive to my back, neck and shoulders which I wasn’t expecting it to be. It is advised to increase usage by increments of 20 minutes.The brace goes on like a jacket and then three lots of straps need fastening using their velcro feature and adjusting/tightening at a comfortable level.The main belt itself, then the second lower straps and finally the third upper straps which are the the shoulder ones. Adjust all of these to wear you feel a firm but comfortable level of support.Immediately upon wearing for the first time, it felt great…my back was straight and my shoulders back and looking in the mirror I saw that everything was aligned as it should be. I would happily have kept it on for longer because it really was comfortable and supportive but I resisted and will use as per instructions in the hope of a positive, effective and lasting outcome.When first using, it will be easier to wear it over a comfy t shirt (and a bra for the ladies) as you get used to the look and feel of it and then it can be worn hidden under your clothing if you prefer.Do be sure to take the time to measure correctly before ordering to ensure the best fit and positive results.I hope to use it every day and will report back on the posture correcting results but so far I am happy with the level of support and comfort this brace offers and how exceptionally well it is made.
