How to contact tenveo for support no. I called did not go through
Worked briefly about 3 weeks turned off and when turned back on the indicators flashed but the camera did not come on I'm in the process of returning it

I’m extremely satisfied with the Tenveo NDI 30x. This is a professional-grade PTZ camera, perfect for live streaming and multi-camera productions. The 30x optical zoom delivers sharp, detailed images even at huge long distances, with no loss of clarity. The image quality in 1080p60 is impressive, with excellent light and color handling, even in low-light environments. AI tracking is fine but need improvements. The main advantage is the native NDI|HX support, allowing the camera to be integrated directly into any IP network, eliminating the need for additional HDMI or SDI cables. Latency is almost nonexistent, and the NDI stream maintains excellent quality even on standard networks. The camera also provides multiple output options, HDMI, USB, SDI, and IP making it extremely versatile for any production setup. PTZ control KB300PRO is fast and precise, with smooth and silent movements with TENVO PTZ cameras and other brands. The position presets on TEVO-VHD630A-NDI work perfectly and can be managed via software, joystick, or directly through the web interface, which is very intuitive and complete. Another strong point is its compatibility with Yolobox, vMix, OBS and other platforms, with no complicated configuration required. Setup was simple, the firmware is stable, and the control response is immediate. In summary, the Tenveo NDI 30x offers an exceptional combination of image quality, connectivity, and reliability at a very competitive price. Highly recommended for studios, events, or corporate streaming like we do.

Le produit fait super bien ce qu'il lui est demander, bonne qualitée et fluiditée video. Par contre il manque de fonctionnalités sur son site comme un meilleur paramétrage de l'IA.
