Huge Difference in Noise and Stability
These foot pads work exactly as advertised. My washing machine used to shake and move around during spin cycles, but now it stays completely in place. They also cut down a lot of the vibration and noise, which makes laundry time much quieter. Installation was simple just lift the machine slightly and slide them under. They feel sturdy and durable, definitely worth it for the peace of mind.

Stacked Washer/Dryer
I recently moved into a place that has a stacked washer and dryer. Problem was the dryer kept moving around on the top of the washer in a cubbyhole enclosed on three sides when the washer was spinning. It would bang against the wall and rattle the dishes in the kitchen and if I didn't hold the dryer still during the spin cycles it would even slip off of the washer to one side or the other. My friend suggested building a shelf in the cubbyhole to set the dryer on which sounded like way more than I wanted to get in to. I wanted to glue the feet onto the top of the washer. We then found these foot pads. I received them quickly, and we got them under the feet (with quite a lot of difficulty on the back feet because you couldn't reach back or have room in the cubby even for leverage. Otherwise it was a cinch to put the feet of the dryer into the pads. Much to my disbelief and delight the pads work like a dream, it's now more quiet and the dryer stays completely in place. What a marvel.

They work well for me!
They work well, easy to install, and reduce my washing machines from sliding across the floor. They also reduced the vibration noise. The problem that I had, was the washer kept moving around on the floor. After installing them under my washer, I have only had to make one adjustment. They work well for me!

Works with old Maytag washer
I bought a set of these to use with my 15 year old Maytag washing machine. I can barely hear the washer running now, and the noises are certainly not from the vibration of the cylinder. They fit well with the existing feet on my washer and are thick enough that I don't foresee any durability issues. I've been running for 4 months and they look like I took them out of the package.

Almost There
My machine was "dancing all over the place. Things did not start off right and it hasn't ended yet. installation was literally a pain. My machine does not have any locations where I could place a level would work properly other than the bottom edge of the machine. I had to improvise by lifting it off the floor so that I could place the shoes on the legs. Yes, and to continue my steek of bad luck the shoes I purchased were not the right size. Installed anyway (had a backup of laundry to do) and started washing. Machine did not dance as much as it previously had. I was able to complete all my washing and needless to say I will be back online looking for proper size shoe (wish me luck).

Great Fix for our old washing machine
These things solved our problem! Our laundry machine...well, it's old and probably a little unbalanced... we added these to the footer and it reduced the noise and doesn't vibrate like before. My husband installed it and he seemed to have no issues. Super happy for this inexpensive quick fix.

Catastrophic Failure at day26
My Whirlpool Duet Washing machine walked across the floor. No matter how precise I leveled the leveling feet, it would "walk" or just move across the floor. A Washing machine is heavy and a front loader rotates counter clockwise. This caused the washer to move in a constant direction counter clockwise on the floor. With clothes and water, the machine is heavier. I installed these anti vibration pads which was a simple task. Using a board I was able to lift a corner up onto the a pad and doing this at each corner I was able to easily position the pads under each foot.. I marked the location of each pad and started a load. The machine did not move at all from its position. It was quieter. After the first week and six loads, I thought I had found a solution. For 26 days the machine did not move. On the 26th day I went to remove the clothes from the washer and it has moved seven inches. I found this hard to believe - no movement for 25 days and now this huge movement. I removed the four anti vibration pads to see how the failed. The pads are not solid, but have a web underneath. This web is a "+" within a circle. The web is to give support to the center, but in this case the web had rolled over in a counter clockwise direction. The rubber is not a super hard rubber (allows for absorption of vibration), but this is its downfall, the rubber is not strong enough to resist the twisting force between the floor and the machine. Would a solid bottom work better? This would reduce the chance of the base center material from failing and collapsing downward, which would then lift the circumference material from contact with the floor. I have ordered a solid bottom anti vibration pad and hope this will last longer. It would be nice if the Mfg identified the durometer of the material used. I would not want a super had rubber, but one that can grip the floor evenly.
