Easy installation. Wide view of property. Clear image. Great value. We had a Ring doorbell and I was very hesitant to switch to Wyze but we had other Wyze cameras in our yard and thought it would be easier with one app. Impressed that it is better quality than the ring and much wider view. We’ve only had it for a day, but detection accuracy seems great so far. And the chime for inside works perfectly it was very easy to install. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a Wyze fan for a while. Have had the indoor cameras for about a year which I like. I just got the doorbell camera with dual cameras since I recently had a package stolen from my front door. Was easy to mount on my door with the included 3M tape. Make sure you read the directions on how to get the camera off the mount for charging by using the included pin in the tiny hole at the top. The included doorbell chime works instantly when the doorbell is pressed, and my phone will ring to pull up the camera. I’ve only had it on for about 36 hours now, and so far the battery has used 5% (with very frequent recording since lots of people walk by my door). I also like how the indicator ring light lights up when you walk by to indicate recording. Can adjust the settings so that the camera doesn’t make any noise when recording. Or if you live somewhere where you want to alert people who are in field, you can set it to let people know they are being recorded. It can also detect packages and will send you alerts if you choose. Definitely get the $2.99 subscription so that you can have unlimited videos uploaded to the cloud instantly. If you just use SD card, it won’t do you any good if someone steals the camera off your door. I’m definitely happy with it!

Solid doorbell camera with clear video and reliable motion detection. Setup is easy using the app, and the wireless installation is convenient. The only downside is that notification delays happen sometimes, but overall it works well and is a great value for the price.

Earlier Wyze battery video cameras had limitations. First and second generation outdoor battery cameras had a delay of several seconds or more before you could see an image. And you had the tap the "play" button on the home screen to get the live feed to show up. And additionally the video doorbell pro stopped charging after a few cycles. Some users felt that the charging problems were due to software issues. The previous generation micro-USB charging port could also have been part of the problem. Micro-USB seems to be an unreliable connection point. The doorbell cam duo fixed these issues. The image loads quickly without the need to tap on the screen. The speed of image loading seems even faster that the wired cameras. The removable battery is also a great solution for multiple reasons. First. You can charge it independently from the camera. This circumvents any software issues that seemed to have plagued the video doorbell pro, which rendered both of the models I own useless. Additionally, if you use the second generation outdoor cameras, the batteries are interchangeable with the doorbell video cam duo. If you use the outdoor cameras with a solar charger, you can exchange the fully (solar) charged outdoor camera batteries with your depleted doorbell cam duo and not ever need to go for more than a few minutes without the cameras being active. Unknown for me at this point is how long this battery will last in the doorbell can duo. Things I wish for in future battery doorbells: 1. Ability to use a solar charger. 2. Ability to remove the battery without removing the camera from its mount, similar the the second generation outdoor camera, although even that battery removal process might be improved. Bottom line: this is the best of the Wyze video doorbells I've used. Previous generations were challenging to live with. This one has solved all the problems I've had with the earlier generations. I'm glad to see that Wyze engineers are continuing to make improvements and solving problems.

Replaced my Doorbell V2 with this unit. The dual cameras are a bit gimmicky but handy that I can get notifications about packages from the second camera only. I bought this because the V2 didn't have a chime, now with this one, I don't miss anyone at the door. It also integrates with Alexa, so now she announces when someone is at the door. All in all, great product.

Don't love the mount. Love the cameras and the system.

would be 5 stars if the doorbell notification was more streamlined like RING. there are workarounds but its a bit of a pain. but other than that, its a great addition to our ring system!
