The tasty freeze dried twist on a long classic candy treat. These are skittles that went thru the process of being freeze dried. They are super airy in texture and melts in seconds when I popped them in my mouth. They are crunchy with every piece from the sugary innards to the split outer shells. I just find myself addicted to them with every piece I popped into my mouth. But at the time of pricing of $7 for a small bag seems a bit high on the price. I'd feel it is more of a $5 price point but wouldn't hurt to look at other options elsewhere that has more candy to fill the bag as this one was already finished before half an hour passed.

They are pretty good, but you do get the occasional stale or really hard one that doesn't have the same texture as the majority. They have a great taste. I have bought 2 different kinds and both are about the same. So if you like this type of candy, this is just as good as any other for the money I'd try this one. I had no problem with stickiness and I feel it was worth the money as far as freeze dried candy goes. Again, beware of the hardness in ones you can get on occasion or the un-even textures that also occasionally happen. If i buy more, I'll most likely get this brand just because of the cost.

Freeze dried candies are all the rage these days and I was excited to be part of it! You get one resealable pouch filled with about 2.4 ounces of the freeze dried candies. They seem to make a lot of bold claims regarding the freshness and the quality of the ingredients, but I don't think anyone will go through the effort of making new candies just to freeze dry them. Essentially, these are skittles being marketed as something more excited. Don't get me wrong though, they offer a neat and exciting texture and sensation that feels distinctly unique from Skittles. They are satisfying to snack on and melt in your mouth in an addicting way. However, they are Skittles and the marketing can't convince me otherwise. Overall, very neat and novel experience. It is a little pricy for what you get but the novelty is worth the premium I suppose.

I was very surprised by how different this childhood classic really is by this process. I was blown away by how elevated the flavor and experience of these freeze dried candies were. I didn’t understand the hype, but after trying these I definitely get it now. These are delicious! And absolutely put a unique spin on a candy you’ve come to know to love and are already used to. These are great, fresh, crunchy, had a nice bite but melted in your mouth! Incredible.

The taste wasn't really sweet or sour

My daughter loved these. We both love skittles but her teeth are better suited for this kind of snack. They are crumbly but stick to your teeth quite a bit once you start chewing. The size of the bag is what you typically see in stores. I definitely think $7 for what these are is quite steep though and I am sure you could find these literally anywhere else for a better price. If you like this kind of thing, skip ordering these and find them locally. They'll likely be half the price from the store.

Definitely recommend trying these if you haven't yet tried freeze dried candies. They're essentially candy without the water content, meaning that there are magnitudes more flavor in the sugar content, and dried crunch texture when you bite into it. These come in 2.4 oz, while my food scale measured more, at 2.9oz when including the resealable bag. At less than $7 per bag, these come up at better value than if you were to buy at the festivals. My only nit is that some of the candy shells come cracked, but taste remain the same if you don't mind some lacking in color.
