Having just constructed a new greenhouse, I thought this would be a great idea to lessen the time spent watering the plants and create more time for other pursuits. With the price of vegetables going up on a weekly basis I grow my own. Some plants like to be sprayed, others drip fed and I also need to keep the soil moist. This kit has an incredible selection of sprayers, drips and pegs to make all of my plants happy! There are even different types of hose connectors to connect to taps and regular garden hoses, allowing simple removal when required. There is more than enough pipe to make a watering system in an 8 foot by 6 foot greenhouse. The connectors clip together easily, but tightly with PTFE tape also in the kit should you need a better tap joint. Now I just need a kit to wash the car.....

Very good piece of garden kit, would recommend using with a timmer, takes the mundane work out of watering, ideal for hanging baskets and window boxes, only gripe is, need more hose, lots of nozzles but order any extra 20 or 30 meters of hose,

I bought this for my allotment plot hoping they would be compatible with the Big Drippa bags I had. They are! The tubing is smaller but the connectors work with both. I set it up & the drip feeders work perfectly (much better than the Big Drippa ones) & my brassicas look very happy! The only issue I had was blisters on my thumbs from fitting the tube to the connectors! Small price to pay for happy plants though.

It mostly works. Not specific to this kit, but 4mm kits like these take a while and are frustrating to set up, because each emitter requires a tee, and there's a lot of pushing and rotating involved to install them. This is unlike 12mm setups where emitters can be installed by just puncturing the line. I will be switching to a 12mm setup for the rest of my garden. Probably not a problem if you only have a few containers, but I am trying to use it to water a row of bamboo. Also, I am powering mine with a 1.1 bar pump, so not exactly high pressure, but also not very low (UK minimum mains water pressure standard is 1.0 bar, so this would be barely passable as a mains supply). At 1.1 bar, I can't have more than about 3-4 emitters, before there's very little flow left.

Really nice little kit, I used a slimline water butt to provide the water for this kit and I’m happy to say the drippers work perfectly and have been for several days, this has allowed me to leave my vegetables in the greenhouse for days without my needing to water them every day.

Assembly is quite simple if a bit fiddly and time consuming - I'd recommend a cup of boiling water on hand to soften the tubing which helps when pushing in the connectors. The quality is OK, apart from the actual tubing, which is quite flimsy. I had a length of tubing burst due to water pressure where I had an unused sprinkler turned off.

This is a very disappointing product. The pipe supplied (fitted using hot water to soften it as per the instructions) simply will not stay on the mister heads, constantly popping off and flooding the entire area. Worse than useless, since the plants are damaged by the heavy flow of water.

As a kit this is great but i did have trouble integrating it with our existing system. The cones on the joins were quite large which fit well with the supplied pipe which is very maleable but is difficult to fit to more traditional slightly stiffer pipe. I found this particularly troublesome when trying to insert it into the main feed pipe where you can't really put the pipe in hot water to soften it to make it easier unless you cut the pipe and rejoin it. We had some very good screw fit joins from our existing system which also didn't work with the supplied pipe as it was too maleable which means the thread couldn't grip. Apart from those niggles it has been a very good addon kit with a good variety of parts and lots of them.

Compré este sistema de riego porque tengo unas macetas en mi terraza que requieren un riego frecuente y quería ahorrar tiempo. La instalación fue muy sencilla, ya que viene con adaptadores para cualquier tipo de grifo, y para cortar el tubo (de unos generosos 25 metros) y unirlo a los empalmes y los aspersores o difusores no hace falta ni mirar las instrucciones. Mi experiencia en jardinería se limita a poner tierra en macetas, plantar semillas y regar plantas, y esto fue de lo más sencillo. El contenido del paquete es más que suficiente para regar multitud de plantas (a mí me sobran dos tercios) adecuando la distribución a las características de tu jardín o terraza y todo funciona exactamente como debería. En definitiva, una buena solución de riego para un jardín o para macetas individuales. Si le tenemos pillado el punto a nuestro grifo podemos tener un sistema de riego por goteo de lo más apañado, pero si no nos fiamos y nos vamos de vacaciones o queremos despreocuparnos del todo, se le puede añadir un programador.

J'ai acheté ce KIT DIY afin de pouvoir gérer l'arrosage automatique de mon jardin, couplé à la domotique. Je vais préparer mon jardin pour la prochaine saison donc je n'ai pas encore tout installé. Ce kit contient l'ensemble des connectiques (qui semblent robustes) nécessaires au raccordement au réseau d'eau. Il y a une bonne longueur de tuyau ce qui va me permettre d'alimenter l'ensemble de mes carrés potagers. Je recommande ce kit pour tous les bricoleurs jardiniers ;)

Llego a tiempo, muchos accesorios de buena calidad, tengo una gran terraza, así que espero que el tubo sea lo suficientemente largo.
