I personally struggle when trying to sleep and the minimum noise wakes me up. I have tried normal earplug, very uncomfortable, no sound proof and no results. Long time ago a friend recommended to use silicone earplugs and found this ones. Since then, they are always in my monthly Amazon basket. The quality is very good, just need to warm them a little, rolling them with your fingers, shape and fit them bro your ear. They stick perfectly and remain the whole night plugged until you remove them. The first time I remember I used to hear my heart beats which found it quite relaxing but the most important, you do not hear anything, they are very effective. You will only hear very close noises as for example if your phone alarm goes off next to you. In the label explains how to clean and seems very easy but I honestly do not waste my time as they are not very expensive so I use a pie for every 2-3 days.

Work a treat when hubby is snoring like a Rhino!! Comfortable and can be reused a few times. A good night sleep, easy to fit ears with no sound getting in.

These are the best ear-plugs I have found because you can mould them exactly to your individual ear shape and they come in a useful container. However, for best comfort and effect, I advise ignoring all four of the manufacturers' instructions. 1. If the balls are too big for your ears, DO pinch off a bit. I have average size male ears and find that two of their balls make three of my earplugs. As they are supplied, they are too big and hurt my ears if I lie on them on the pillow. Many women will get two plugs out of each ball. Obvs you should make them big enough to actually block the outer ear canal rather than slip inside, but it also deadens more sound if you fashion a slight cone shape with the silicone (rather than a ball) so that the plug has a good depth and doesn't fall out. For the same reasons, DO push firmly in! All ears are different sizes and shapes, but a little experimentation will tell you how much silicone works best for your ears. 2. DO re-mould and re-use the plugs until they have lost their flexibility, otherwise they would be ridiculously expensive and wasteful. I usually get 10-15 wears out of each one, more if I keep them fresh by storing them in their case. I find these plugs completely block hearing speech sounds in the same room, and deaden mainly higher pitched outside noise. Car doors being slammed out on the street still get through, as do bass sounds from speaker systems, but still these plugs offer some relief. And the plastic cases are very useful and long-lasting!

Having a husband who snores, ear plugs are a must! I’ve tried many different types over the years, and these silicone ear plugs are some of the best I’ve found. They mould easily to fit the shape of your ear and, once positioned correctly, they stay in place well. It can take a few attempts at first to get them seated properly, but once you get the hang of it, they work really well. Overall, they’re a good quality product and offer great value for money.

Very good, used while on a short trip never used ear plugs before and was very impressed, need to mould to your ear but once softened every thing was great.

This is the second time I have ordered these. Personally I love them they reduce noise significantly for me to have a good nights sleep and I can still hear my mobile phone alarm in the morning . They are easy to use and comfortable (just make sure no stray hairs get caught up in it ). Also good value for the amount you receive.

De los mejores que he probado, son algo grandes, pero mejor, porque se amoldan muy bien y te aísla del ruido muchísimo.

Ho provato svariati tappi per dormire e questi devo dire che sono piuttosto confortevoli e non danno fastidio anche tenendoli tutta notte. Per quanto riguarda la copertura del rumore fanno il loro lavoro, non bloccano completamente il suono ma riducono decisamente i rumori fastidiosi. Li ho trovati migliori dei classici tappi di spugna e più confortevoli di quelli a tre sezioni.
