Ok, so these aren’t normal mirrors in the sense they are polished metal mounted on some sort of plastic or other man-made supporting substrate and do not have a glass surface. A feature of normal mirrors is that if they are subjected to a blow or sudden impact (including free falling to the ground) then the glass typically breaks, the mirror is smashed, and typically there are plenty of shards of very sharp glass that can cause nasty injuries. These panels don’t have that particular vulnerability since there’s no glass to shatter. They do weigh something like 4kg so if one were to fall on you from a sufficient height it could still do you an injury. But nonetheless I considered that for my use case, which was to mount mirrors on a ceiling, they were more appropriate than normal mirrors. I read some other reviews complaining about the quality of the reflection but I would be prepared to place a healthy bet that those individuals had not peeled off the protective sticky back plastic film that the front of the panels I received had on them, to protect them from scratches in transit. I can easily imagine that was missed as I recall my very first reaction on opening the packaging and looking at my reflection in the first of the panels was confusion and disappointment; but on closer examination I saw the covering film layer which I found came away cleanly and simply leaving no trace of adhesive or other mark on the panel, which was in excellent condition. Now, the choice of substrate that the metal is mounted on is somewhat less rigid than ideal and this is probably why there’s an imposed limit on the maximum size of a single panel for sale. It means for example that it’s not enough to simply secure the panel at the corners because it bows enough under its own weight to create a perceptible distortion in the reflection. That said, assuming the panel can be affixed at intervals to a flat, more rigid layer or surface then this can be mitigated. It’s also true that the optical reflection doesn’t quite match a normal mirror for clarity. I cannot think of a good objective measure to describe this as unambiguously as I would like. What I can tell you is that to me the difference is barely significant enough to notice or mention. I am commenting purely to redress the balance of these reviews as the negative ones I think risk giving an incorrect and unduly unappreciative description of the nature of the item. If I reflect a photograph of some text and then hold that at a normal reading distance to the panel I can read it without any undue difficulty. Now, it is also true that the surface of the panels can be relatively easily scratched or marred, especially of course once the protective tape is removed. And the panels are relatively easily dented; more easily dented than, say, a normal mirror is smashed. Depending on the use case these may or may not be of concern. It’s worth taking care when handling and affixing the panels though. Also, especially when handling them, do take care with the edges and corners as I found these to be much sharper than I had expected. I affixed them with adhesive and did not attempt to cut or drill them.There was precious little information provided when I bought mine and very few reviews. It was very much a speculative purchase and indeed I learned some of the above the costly way, ending up needing to purchase more than would have been necessary had there been proper specifications and guidance available both in this listing or at least supplied with the product. Still, in the circumstances I am not unhappy and gradually as buyers add their feedback I would hope there would be less chance of unnecessary damage and waste. I am grateful to all other purchasers who take the time to provide their valuable feedback and perspectives. I hope that these comments will be of help in deciding whether this is fit for your intended purpose and to help you avoid some of the pitfalls I encountered.

Mirrors like circuses. Do not expect to see a clear and defined image, It is blurry and distorted nothing to see as shown in the ad images. The "mirror" weighs little you can guess its quality, but expensive for what it is.

Unfortunately the reflection on the mirrors is very distorted.
