Funster Hard to Extreme Sudoku 400+ Puzzles: with printed candidate numbers

This is a great sudoku book. Very clear and organized with 3 levels of harder puzzles. Some of the negative reviews concerned the candidates being pre-filled. This is advertised in the title. It couldn't be more clear. I enjoy both kinds of puzzles, prefilled and not. This is a nice opportunity in a print book that is a common option in web-based puzzles.

ok, they write the possible numbers in the squares. That sounds ok, but it totally changes how you work the puzzles and takes away the challenge to me. I thought I would like it, but after ordering it, I just don't. Much better to figure out the possibilities on your own.

All of the numbers possible for solving are printed in every box in the grid. This is very good for beginners. A hard or an expert Sudoku solver, doesn't need that extra help. I was very disappointed and gave this book to my grandkids.

The answers are already in here, wtf?! Another review said this was obvious by the title, umm, disagree. I'm not going to use this at all, and I'm going to return this.

Usually start solving puzzles from last page of "Extreme Hard" with ballpoint pen not pencil, forcing myself only putting absolutely correct numbers on squares. This will sharpen your mind logically and will make puzzles more enjoyable.Because of my method, suggestive figures thin-inked on squares are not necessary but rather making good puzzles less enjoyable. Clean them out, please.

I have being a chess player for a long time. Therefore, I am used to keep strategy and possible locations of the pieces all in my mind. When I saw the possible locations of the #s written in each box, it felt like cheating. But, I decided to keep at it. Soon I was able to ignore them. Only then was I able to understand the author’s intentions.Will buy again.

Funster is helping me get through the Pandemic and now , I will not buy any puzzles, but FUNSTER!!!

Purchased for my brother in the Federal Pen to pass the time. He seems to like these very much.
