This is the only thing that has helped my pregnancy acne so far. The bottle is small, but a little goes a long way since it’s meant to be used as a spot treatment rather than all over your face. I’ll admit, the smell is pretty awful, but I was desperate for something that actually worked — and this does!

Been using it for a week and my face is finally starting to clear up. Was using 3x daily, now only once. Along with cetaphil lotion. The only thing I cannot stand, but tolerate is the smell of this product..🤮🤮 but it works!!! Pregnancy acne is no joke. I thought nothing would help, but this product did!

Pros: It does work effectively as an acne spot treatment. I can see visible improvement in blemishes within a day or two. Cons: THE SMELL. Smells like straight sulfur. And it doesn’t dissipate. I can even smell it through my makeup hours later. I’m self-conscious that other people will be able to smell it. And when you’re sensitive to smell… well… you can imagine. Pleeeeeeeeease fix the odor!! Also… $15 for this very small bottle seems a bit much. For that price, it should definitely smell better.

I started using this product about four years ago when I began getting acne during my pregnancy, and I honestly haven’t stopped since. It works fast. Anytime I feel a breakout coming on, I apply it to my problem areas at night and by morning my skin is either completely clear or the spot is barely there—easy to cover with makeup and totally unnoticeable. I’ve used this consistently through both of my pregnancies, postpartum, and now just as part of my routine because I love it that much. It’s also amazing for those random travel breakouts when your skin decides to act up out of nowhere. It does dry out the skin a bit, but that’s an easy fix—I just layer a serum over it or apply one the following morning and I’m good to go. As for scent, if there is one, I’ve never noticed it. You truly can’t beat the value for how effective this is. It’s been a staple in my skincare routine for years, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.
