My first time using this. I'm kind of a healthy guy itake about twenty pills per day. All different kinds of supplements. I thought I would try this. It's an amino acid. The research looks promising.Look it up on google. Supposed to have many benefits from anti. Aging to reducing inflammation.Cognitive health and others is what the literature is online, says, giving it a try.I hope to see good results

Good deal
It’s a good deal for Ergothioneine, far more lower the brand I always purchased from Iherb before .I bought one bottle only , just for trying it , a week passed now, I didn’t feel any difference, such as more energetic or better feeling , maybe the amount of Ergothioneine is not enough?Anyway I’ll finish this bottle , then update the result
