Great stuff. New to the keto lifestyle and IN LOVE with how I feel. Newly reborn! I feel younger, faster, more efficient, happier, grateful and more comfortable in my body. I struggle with PCOS, infertility, depression, anxiety and tendencies towards eating disorders. Wish I had transitioned sooner to keto. Anyway.... This stuff has excellent taste!!! I use in two ways 1)Add to my morning espresso shots (2 shots), stirr well to avoid clumps. Makes an 82% fat meal to jump start your keto day. Helps me avoid the use of artificial sweeteners (which I am trying to start to let go off). I imagine I can use with tea too (Have not tried yet). 2) Add to my post work-out recovery vanilla-hazelnut shake. Now that I am on ketosis I dont crave sugars or a sugary taste to my meals however this tastes soo good!!! and fills me up for hours. The higher protein content on this meal I hope helps counteract post exertional (run, spin, weight lift) protein catabolism. Recipe: Silk Almond milk vanilla + Whey Protein Vanilla Ice Scream + MCT Oil Powder Hazelnut Flavor, 1 serving each (I add Inositol for my lady issues). The MCT powder takes this shake from a 23% fat to 43%fat meal. Worth a try to see if it fits with your meals.

I love taking the MCT Oil powder from Dr Don Colbert. It really helps my hunger stave off and it adds flavor to my morning cup of coffee. GREAT PRODUCT which I always buy in all different flavors, can't decide which flavor I love best so I rotate all the flavors when I buy !! Try it , You will love it too, Best on the market !

Received today. When I opened it it had some air absorbers in it. I saw nothing on the container telling me to keep them in there so I threw them away. Comes with a scooper and I was really surprised how well it tastes. The hazelnut flavor is not overwhelming so I can still taste the flavor of my coffee as well. Including a picture of the product in my hand so you can see how large the container is. It does take a little bit to get it to dissolve in my coffee but it did dissolve leaving a little bit of a foamy head on my coffee but reminds me of a cappuccino so that's fine! Thank you for a delicious product to help me stay in ketosis!

This product is easily dissolvable as long as you pour a small amount of hot liquid over the product and stir with a spoon or whisk, than finish pouring the rest of your liquid over it. The flavor is by far the best by Dr. Colbert and would recommend it to anyone that is in Keto or even those that are not.Only downside is the price is a little expensive for the size.

Delish, & easy to add to coffee, smoothies, etc.

This is NOT the same product - They have changed the formula and not for the best. I have been using this product every day for a year. I recently bought 3 bottles and the coconut cream flavor that I normally use has a drastic change in the consistency from before. It is now more of a cornstarch texture instead of a coffee creamer texture, doesn't have any coconut taste and it doesn't add any creaminess to my coffee. In fact, it barely changes the color of my coffee. I also don't have the fullness feeling after drinking it. I have contacted the manufacturer 3 times to inquire about a formula change or just a bad batch and I have not received a single response in almost 6 weeks of trying. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and not return my other two bottles, but now I'm stuck since they have not responded. I'm now trying to find a replacement product. This is very sad, as I have always been happy with their product and have purchased many of their products, but customer service is very important, especially with food items, obviously they are not concerned with customer satisfaction, as the listing doesn't indicate a change in formula or a new formula. Be warned that if you are used to using this product, it is no longer the same!

The quality of the product is not that good compared to other products I’ve tried this is way below average and way over priced and even though I purchased hazelnut, it had no flavor at all

Dr. Colbert, Divine Health, MCT Oil Powder in Dutch chocolate flavor really taste like chocolate and is so good mixed in my morning coffee 😋. My husband tasted my coffee and decided he wanted to put it in his coffee too. We both love it! We recommend it highly, in place of a coffee creamer.
