...know this: there is a piece of plastic that if it breaks will cause the unit to not work. Enclosed are 2 pictures. I bought this and it worked great for almost 2 months, but I noticed it started becoming harder to push in the food drawer. Then one day it stopped working (just as I was going to write my initial review). I contacted the seller- GreenPan and after providing the relevant info they very graciously and expediently sent me a replacement. That impressed me to no end.My review of the product itself is that it is TERRIFIC. The ceramic interior cleans easily and cooks efficiently.But I cannot stress enough- do not force the food tray in any way. Put some cooking grease around the edge pictured to prevent any need to use force to avoid making the mistake I did. That chip (that I did not notice until the replacement arrived for comparison) was enough to stop the unit from working.So my review gives both 5 stars to the company, Green Pan that sells it for their extremely professional response and for the operation of the air fryer itself.

So far so good! I have used it three times and my items were perfectly cooked per instructions on packaging. The color of my fryer is more of a mauve than pink, but it is pretty. There are no bells and whistles, just a straight up air fryer, which is what I needed. I highly recommend this fryer if that is all you are looking for.

I was specifically searching for a PFAS-free, lead- and cadmium-free model, and this one seems to check all those boxes, which is a huge win for me.One caveat: the listed dimensions appear to be for the packaging, not the actual unit. This was a bit misleading, so just something to be aware of if you're working with limited space. It also gets a little noisy while cooking, but it's manageable. The temperature maxes out at 400°F, which works fine for most of the meals I prepare.Overall, it's a solid choice if you're prioritizing cleaner materials and simple functionality.

I love this air fryer! We tried a digital one, but all the beeping to push buttons and set things drove me crazy! This has 2 dials, no beeping except a ding when it's done - perfect for us. Plus, it cooks well and gets the job done.

Easy to use and clean. I researched air fryers looking for a healthier Ceramic PFAS-Free model and THIS IS THE ONE! Highly recommend.

Cook time is great, it feels durable, and it's so cute. I was forced to buy one because of health issues and I'm only on day 2 but love it so far!

I like that this air fryer is non toxic. It isn't digital. It is very hard to set the time and temperature accurately. I use my phone timer to set the time.
