Easy to use feeder
The feeder is really easy to load feed from the top so you don't have to take it apart each time you fill it. Sturdy construction as well.

It's okay
It works okay. The hooks/catches that hold the bottom to the body are not as secure as they need to be. If you fill the feeder over 50-60% full, and pick it up or hang it by the handle, then one or two of the catches at the bottom will let loose and almost dump your food.Works fine if you don't plan to hang it, or you plan to fill it up twice as often if you are.

A lot less food waste with this hanging feeder
I really appreciate how little food gets wasted now than before when I had a feeder on the ground. Easy to take apart and clean. Not always so easy to hang in just the right spot, but that's because of our cage, not this feeder.

A great investment, saves on waste, they can't sling their heads back and forth raking it out. I would recommend it anyone with chickens.

We increased the size of our flock and needed a bigger feeder. This feeder is perfect for our coup. It's very easy to fill, and doesn't clog up. The girls are quite happy with this purchase, and so am I =)

Assembly tip
If you are having trouble twisting and locking the upper and lower parts together, use Food Grade Silicone spray where appropriate.
