Does The Job
So far, this item works well. No complaints. I wonder if later versions have addressed issues raised by earlier reviewers, as it seems pretty solid.

decent but not the most convenient
I needed a temporary solution to extend the balanced inputs of my Topping A90 headphone amp. This fit the bill. It is well constructed with a solid feel to the rotary switch. Inside it is based on a printed circuit board so is not point-to-point wired. My only gripe is that two of the outputs are on the front, and it's difficult to access the switch with thick cables connected. I'd prefer a longer box with all of the inputs and outputs on the back. I also found the included rubber feet wouldn't stick. It's expensive for what it is, but gets the job done.

Exellent
Product does exactly what it promises. I use it to link three mics to one input on my Zoom R8 recorder. Saves messing around changing mics and plugging in different one. Arrived next day on time scheduled

Unreliable switch
Useful functionality and appears well build ... until the switch stops working. It started being temperamental after a few weeks and has continued to get worse. Now I have to wiggle the knob to get sound on both channels. And can’t see any details of warranty or how to return. Shame.

Defective Switches - Not repairable
I bought this as it fitted my audio requirements, when it arrived I thought it was well built. Sadly it only lasted a couple of weeks , I only switched the inputs a few times and it lost one channel and crackled. I traced the issue to the internal switching unit which is mechanical and there is a serious quality issue as the metallic contacts break down and stop the channel from switching , there is no way to repair it , it has multi soldered connections and a bespoke selector switch. I contacted the manufacturer in China and the best they could offer was a replacement at 1/2 price. I wasn't happy as the same problem has been seen by other users and they same would happen again. I suggest the other version MC103 pro may be better as they have done away with this faulty design of switch in that larger version. This current version sold here is poor and will fail, it should not be sold without upgrading the switch. The manufacturer will leave you with a Dud.

defective switches
The "Little bear" works great for a day, or maybe two, then fails. The same channel in 2 different units, which is the right channel stops working properly, or completely. Not worth the money.
