Suave Kids Detangler, Purely Fun, 10 Ounce (Pack of 2)

My little one has long wavy hair that is at least 2 feet long and her hair gets so tangled. I have tried so many detanglers on her hair that vary in price from $5 to $20 trying to find the best one for her hair type. This is my favorite. It makes getting the knots out so much easier and faster. I feel like it adds some conditioning to her hair without buildup or weighing it down. I love it. ❤️ I have thick curly hair and I sometimes use this detangler when I run out of my own detangler. Works great. I like the scent. I find it nice and light. Finally, I read in some reviews that they have a hard time spraying and that it gets clogged. I have not had this issue.

I bought a bottle of this in the grocery store about a month ago and my wife just raved over how good it was. Excellent at de-tangling hair and the scent is light, not over-powering. She's had other products like this but this one is by far her favorite. Anyway, I bought a 2-pack of this on Amazon and you might have thought I gave her a piece of jewelry. Not very often I get the response I got from this....so, it tells me it's on her list of "must-haves". This said, I guess you can say that this is one product that's worth its weight in gold, at least from my wife's vantage point.

This has made brushing my 5 year old daughter’s long thick hair much more bearable. It still gets tangled and knotted but this stuff makes it much easier to get the brush through without pulling. I have a sensitive nose and am peticular about smells and it has a nice clean not perfumy scent.

I started buying this product for my daughter years ago to handle tangles and smooth her naturally wavy hair. I have a similar hair texture and had always bought expensive hair creams $30+ with so/so results. One day on a family trip, I forgot my hair stuff, and had to use hers to style mine after a shower. It worked 10x better than the expensive salon stuff! And at a fraction of the cost (was selling for $1.99 then). We've been regularly users for 7 years now and go through a bottle a month between the two of us sharing. SADLY - Suave discontinued it recently and the new version has more additives and scents that are not healthy for our sensitive skin. I tried this buyer worried that it would be the "real deal", and skeptical of the price increase. It's the same product! I just re-ordered! I recommend spraying directly for light tangles, but for thicker hair like mine I either spray into my hand directly or open the bottle and pour it out to manually work through curls. Post shower after towel dry yields the best results, but it also works on dry hair for a quick smoothing in a pinch. It does not feel oily after, just give it a few minutes to dry. Good luck!

I don't know what it is but I feel like every bottle I buy stops spraying after a few uses. It does smell good and it gets the tangles out, but I end up having to pour some on my daughters head after a few uses because it no longer sprays.

This product is a great detangler. The best I've found. It's discontinued in stores, so I was glad to find it on Amazon. The formula is quite thick, and sometimes makes it difficult to spray out. The bottle and pump need an upgrade. I get an old empty bottle of the detangler, fill it 1/3 of the way with filtered water, and with 2/3's of the detangler. The watered-down product still detangles very well, and sprays out better this way.

Great scent and function

Does exactly what it says, I will purchase again.
