Super cute, makes me giggle that my dog is a mermaid! I was unsure of what to get for my Havenese because her chest was an extra small (11 inches) according to the chart, but she is long and weighs about 10lbs (which would be a small). I went with the extra small and I think the fit is great! If we have sinking problem because of weight, I’ll definitely update.

I bought this for my 8 pound chihuahua to wear while out on the boat. The product is well made and cute! Unfortunately, whenever my dog is in the water with this vest on it flips her upside down and tries to drown her. By the time I realized this the return window was closed.

Bought a medium for my 15lb frenchie! It was so freaking cute!! I definitely need the pink one next for my girl. Very strong hold. Easy to pick them up from the handle of you need to. Recommending to friends and family for sure.

I ordered this cute little life jacket for my 3lb Biewer Terrier and as far as the length it fits great. The life jacket is sturdy and made well with a sturdy handle. It seems a little loose around the chest but not so much that it will not assist in keeping her afloat should she fall into the water. I have not tested it yet but will update this once I do.

So cute, and has multiple straps as well as floatation areas for support. Thanks! By the way, my pup is roughly 13-14 pounds and we ordered a small which fits perfect and has more room. (The straps have room for a rounder or slightly larger dog)

My dog went for a ride with my daughter on our paddle board. She has done this a few times now but today decided to jump off to get to me on shore. Thank god my 8 year old jumped in after her as her face went under the water and didn’t come up. This vest is terrible and will not prevent an 8 lb Maltese from drowning. Size XS. To make matters worse, I missed the return window by ONE day!

This actually looks great on my dog even if she may not think so. This was easy to put on my dog, and after a little while she started to relax. The main concern for me is that the straps that you use to tighten the vest onto your dog are too thin for the clasps so they slip through after a while and the jacket becomes looser. Fortunately there are also velcro strips, which feel much more firm, but the other straps help keep this all in place, or rather, are supposed to, but fail to do so. I'm just concerned that this will loosen the jacket too much and cause distress to my dog when she's swimming as the only thing keeping her afloat is starting to release from her.
