Good fit.
Fit my shoes perfectly without a need for altering. Seems to be of good quality but I expected the heel to be more cushiony than it is. Solid support in my arches.

Instep support very hard
Arch support is extremely hard.. very uncomfortable.. be patient and try them for a few days.. then cut the arch support off.. feels soo much better…
